Hi Daouda, we are really sorry that you were not happy with the service we supplied. We did everything in our power to get this order out to you promptly in July. We had explained and you stated it was understood that you needed to pay VAT when you received the items in France. However when receiving the item you decided you did not want to pay this VAT payment and refused delivery. Then when you immediately asked for a refund, we explained you would have to wait until the goods were returned to us. This takes time as items shipped abroad have to go through customs. As soon as we received the goods back, we issued a full refund and have also covered the delivery / returning costs ourselves. We hope that you understand why these things take time and that we have gone out of our way to resolve this for you. Best Wishes, Chris
spoilt by the handle
on your website it doesn't say how long the handle
is on the mini sapling root puller. i took a chance and
bought one. to my disappointment i found the handle
way too short for purpose.it was about the right size
for my 6 year old grandson. i am in the process of
lengthening the handle to suit me. it has the potential
to be a good tool but not with the current handle.

Prompt delivery, well packed. However, the larger Winstrip-50s remain out of stock and no word from the company on whether, or when they will ever be available. Perhaps it's Brexit.
