Ordered a hardcopy, was sent an ebook. Phone calls access recorded message requesting emails only. Email response (AI generated?) claims ebook was ordered. Very suspicious.

SCAM - DO NOT USE
I ordered a book and did not receive it although the payment was made immediately. The website looks legit, but when I tried to log in an error message came up and I have been unable to make contact. I then put the company name through a search engine and discovered its a scam.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company it is a total fraud. The book i ordered was never sent to me. When I chased them up they told me I had in fact ordered an e-book which wasn't true. I then pointed out that even if I had ordered an e-book they hadn't even sent me that, at which point they sent me a download of a totally different book! I pointed this out to them and asked for a refund at which point they stopped answering my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is a scam
This is a scam - no book received and terrible customer service. They tried to say to that I had ordered an ebook (which I had not and received no link), refused a refund or to send me the book I have paid for. Do not use this company.

Scam book site
As said by others, usual script, order hard copy, nothing arrives, email them, get generic response about ordering an ebook. Total scam they need looking into and locking up.

Blatant scammers
Blatant scammers. Website offers choice of Hard Copy or Digital copy to be delivered. I opted and paid for Hard Copy, only to be emailed a download link. No Hard Copy delivered.
No response from seller to messages. DO NOT BUY from these guys

TERRIBLE …. To be avoided
TERRIBLE ….. DO NOT USE.
Advertised hardback book. This never arrived after I paid for it. When I questioned delivery date they told me it was an e-book. After threatening to report them to Trading Standards they promised to refund my money. That was 13 days ago. Now not even their BOT is responding to my emails. Awful.
**Will now contact DAILY MAIL and Trading Standards**
