Fraud i ordered demon slayer full set ..and prepaid ..17jan ..still no update ..tracking order said delivery was canceled by the owner ..no responce...i lost 2k

Have not received the books I ordered. When I called them on the phone they just hung up on me....multiple times. This is a fraudulent site. I stupidly didnt do my research. Buyer beware!!!!

I order bleach vol 1 and black Clover vol1 bleach vol 1 is great condition but black Clover vol1 is totally yellow 🥺🥺

Reader in Bookland is fraud company. I have paid by upi and still I haven't received my book. My order ID is RIBL17708. Beware!!!

This guy is a full on fraud making money. If I could screenshots you ll get to know that. Please do something about him I have a few emails from him.

Fraud. It is a trap to hack your account. When you call on the mentioned number, the person replied on WhatsApp with a link to be clicked. The website tracking is also false with a false hyperlink to disguise customer.
STAY AWAY from Reader in Bookland! This website is a complete scam disguised as a bookseller.

Here's why you should never buy from them:

Deceptive Discounts: They advertise crazy discounts that seem too good to be true, and guess what? They are! You end up paying more than the actual price of the book. It's a complete rip-off!

Stolen Money? More Like Stolen Dreams! I placed an order for a book set for my daughter 3 weeks back and paid upfront, and received nothing but radio silence. Their customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, calls are never returned. It's like they take your money and vanish into thin air!

Unprofessionalism at its Finest (or Worst): If by some miracle you do manage to get in touch with their "customer service," prepare to be met with indifference and unhelpful responses. They have no regard for customer satisfaction and frankly seem annoyed by your inquiries.

Save yourself the heartache and frustration! Do not buy from Reader in Bookland. There are plenty of reputable online bookstores out there that value your business and won't steal your money.

I ordered shatter me series 9bk set.
Not the best quality. The books seems to be old and unite me had a tear in the spine. Find me cover was bended. And it had dust. Excluding the cover inside was good ig for the price.

This website is a scam. I ordered books, but they never sent them or issued a refund. Be cautious with this website – they could take your money without delivering what you paid for.

Got the books little late but it was worth of all my waitt.... And the quality of the books is so so Good and some books look likes the original copy of book... So I'll definitely & totally recommend you to buy books from this site.... Amazing ❤❤❤❤🌺💘

Fraud Service
I ordered in July 23rd 2024 and there was no response from them even through their WhatsApp support group as well. They are not picking up as well. My money is gone. I had paid 2100/- but no update on that.

do not trust this site!!

It is a total scam.
It tells you it delivers books at good rates only for their customer service to remain unresponsive, fail to deliver while saying that they "attempted delivery" multiple times when you know that, for a fact isn't true.
You're better off buying books on any other site, or better yet, in person, to avoid these scammy websites (THERE ARE SO MANY).

I placed a order for a book on 18th June and expected to receive within 10 days but the delivery notice always show pending to pickup. No one is responding to my WhatsApp number or email. Very pathetic condition. Would suggest the visitors to decide for their further orders with this company

taking too long to deliver. no update on the tracker. still haven't received the books which i ordered 8 days ago. customer support is silent, so no update on the shipment. very poor experience. don't know how long it will take or whether i will get the books or have they disappeared with my prepaid money. don't risk your money here, rather buy from a trusted site.

Book quality is good but packaging is not good and responding is very late

I ordered one book that was newly released so I was quite surprised that @readerinbookland had the book available the very next day since the release. The book quality is great. Pages are printed clean but I did not expect it to be a printed pirated copy since I was paying the full price. In fact Amazon had the same book for a price little less than what I payed. I thought it’d be an originally published book but sadly it wasn’t. I believe @readerinbookland should put it up as a notice that the books they sell aren’t originals so the buyer can be aware whether it’s a mass market paperback or an original. If that sort of a notice is there on their social media sites than maybe I may have missed it but if not it should really be done. Besides that the shipping took forever. Aside from all this I don’t have much complaints cuz at the end of the day I do have the story I want to read but it would’ve been nice to know what I’d be receiving beforehand.

Was lil doubtful bout ordering from an unrecognised site but the results were really worthy and the site is a 100% go and trustworthy. Wait is worth it.

It was my first time ordering a book from here. And i am really impressed by the service and even by the quality of pages.The customer service was really good . The delievery was done on time too. Infact in the beginning i was a lil skeptical I prepaid for the order but i faced no such issues. The books are available at very affordable price and the quality is good too. Must buy.....
