They got messed around by the supplier and rather then mess me around, they upgraded my order at no extra cost.

Great customer service

Great communication via the phonelines... to be honest the email response was a bit delayed as I needed some information prior to makimg my purchase, but I followed up with a phonecall a day later and the customer service was excellent and the products are perfect. Delivery was much faster than expected as well...I will definitely be a returning customer.

Slow refund process

Ordered some GBracing engine covers, on a Friday. Over that weekend I made a decision to replace my current bike with a new one. Cancelled my order, on the Monday, but received no written confirmation of cancellation or when monies would be refunded. Made numerous calls, was assured order was cancelled but still nothing in writing which I did request. Almost 3 weeks later and finally received my refund.

I am sure the company provide a great service, but I felt the refund took a long while to process, considering you make a payment immediately not when the items are dispatched.

very slow on delivery, was told 3-4 weeks, eventually turned up after 7 weeks, would have been nice to have been updatedrather than having to chase

Waiting a lifetime

Never appear to have the goods in stock, order and wait for weeks, months, maybe even years, I have just received my order that I placed in March, I'm STILL waiting for a part that I ordered in January, best to try other stockists first Reactive really should be your last point of call....really not good enough
