Ordered frame sliders and when they didn’t arrive, I emailed and was told as they are coming from Italy there would be a further three week lead time, after another week I requested my money back. I have now been waiting for six weeks and had no parts or refund (which I told would be done within 10 working days). My emails are now being ignored (although a chap today said he would sort it) but that remains to be seen, terrible service.

A fantastic piece of kit! The chain adjusters are just epic and a great finish on the bike! It will make wheel changes easier in the future. 👌👍

The fairings fit and I love that they have the confidence to pre-drill so much of the bodywork. I just finished hanging a set of competitor's fairings on an Aprilia 660 and in comparison to the CRC stuff it was a pain in the ass. Good geometry and good finishing too.

Poor, still waiting for refund for non delivered goods over 2 weeks afterwards. Having to use paypal to force the issue. Avoid. Crooks.

This is still ongoing and still no communication. Use this company at your peril. Untrustworthy. Parts were ordered 3rd March. I still have no refund despite the occassional "we'll speak with accounts".

EDIT: Only just got refund now. 28/04 not from them but from Paypal. These havent the decency to do it themselves.

Quality part, fast delivery

Reactive parts , where do I start ! Ordered a steering damper on 10th Feb , was told it would be in within 2 weeks , first there were problems at bitubo , then they pushed it back again and again , emails ignored , fobbed off on phone calls ‘someone will call you back’ they never did , excuse after excuse, absolute joke of a company, I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from these if you want it to arrive , I wish I had read the similar reviews before placing my now cancelled order

Ordered parts to upgrade my bike towards the end of last year. Understandable it's near festive period so not to expect it beforehand. After the initial period ends I emailed for an update. Get told 3rd week of Jan. I then I had to email again myself in January for another update to be told it wasn't sent in. I had to keep chasing via phone and email in order for something to get done. Finally got the parts at the end of Feb after constant chasing and complaining.
You get no update from the team unless you pester them, really poor customer service in that regards.
No apologies at the end or even any offer of good will for the stress it caused when spending over £500 on a order I had to wait months for.
Never had an issue before when I ordered from them but this was a huge let down.

0 stars if I could emails get ignored still waiting on a refund told 5 to 7 working days been now 14 days still no refund absolutely appalling customer service.

I reached out to the company after not receiving a part for months after placing my order, they communicated promptly back with me. Apologized, told me the situation and had it resolved INTERNATIONALLY within 2weeks. The part on back order was sent from Italy, to the UK, and straight to me in the US. They moved mountains for literally a nut I can't find anywhere in stock in the United States. I'd buy more from them if they were closer but they had for sale exactly what I needed, and for that i am forever grateful. Thank you so much everyone.

Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for a dust cover for six weeks now and they keep telling me lies every time I ring them so I ring back in a couple of days and it’s like they’ve completely forgot about me not only that I’ve purchased nearly £1700 of Brembo brakes 4 weeks on and still nothing, AVOID

Order the item in October took 3 months to arrive I did call in November regarding stock was told it would arrive that week .
Communication can improve this the second time upon to me dealing with Reactive Parts .
New to think 🤔 twice to use it again and recommend to some one .
