The download and install was quick and easy. The original version would not convert the filetype I needed so I contacted support and they quickly provided a new release with the update included.

I had some issues downloading reaConverter and emailed them for help with it. I got an IMMEDIATE response and the help I needed to fix the problem. And more importantly, the help I was given was in a language I could understand, very clear, and it worked. I was quickly up and running. Jessica Carter, from The reaConverter Team, was absolutely fantastic. ReaConverter gets an A+++ for tech support and is a great product.

I have used reaconverter 7.+~ since 2013 , I have asked 3 times for upgrades over the years and each time I was supprised with response that the update was made and was provided a link to update. I first asked back a decade ago if they would add support for large core count CPUs, they did. I asked if we could ad ancor points a few years later and they did. Then recently asked if they could make the ancor points 100% dynamic so you can fine tune exactly how you need to align your designs and agian they sent an update I mean what more can you ask for.

For the first time I have found a program that can convert Windows "jxr" format to "jpg" and keep the quality in color reproduction and sharpness. And believe me - I have tried many!

For me, who is an avid flight'simmer, I often have to resort to screenshots to document special situations and highlight details in the landscapes at the highest resolution. Then it has been frustrating to get it in a format that is difficult to share on anything other than Windows-controlled computer equipment and not on most mobile phones or TV screens..

"-": takes up a lot of space on the hard disk (but that's not a big issue for me).
I would like to thank the developers for the time saved! Now I just start a task, go for coffee, and in a couple minutes it's done. I wish I had learned about the program earlier. I definitely recommend it to everyone, such a tool is a must-have.

I was really struggling to convert some old mix files on floppy discs using reaConverter.
It was easy to navigate but something I was doing wrong meant some conversions failed.
I can’t thank reaConverter enough as although they were just ‘old family photos’ they were very nostalgic and I didn’t want to lose them.
It wasn’t a large number that failed but reaConverter succeeded with ease after responding quickly to my problem.
I would definitely recommend this software as others I had tried (suggestions from AI) ether did not recognise the format or failed after downloading.
