We received updates on the process at all stages from selecting the product through to the mortgage being accepted and put in place.

Katie was always approachable and friendly, and fully understanding of availability challenges, going as far as to make appointments into the evening to ensure it fit our schedule and not your typical 9 to 5 offerings.

As a serial procrastinator and someone who always thinks the worst when it comes to big adult occasions like mortgages etc Katie is always there to help you every step of the way! We first contacted Claire early last year to discuss getting a mortgage. After assessing our options, she helped us realise that we were actually in a position to move forward. Once we found a property, we reached out to Claire again and she guided us through the entire process.

As first-time buyers, we had no experience and honestly didn’t know where to start. Claire made every step simple and easy to understand. She explained everything clearly — from eligibility and mortgage options, to contracts and what to expect right up until we moved into our home.

She kept us regularly updated throughout, communicating with us and all parties involved, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-managed.
