Rebecca, Ross, Kai, Sam and the rest of the team have been at the end of a phone for us since we moved to Verwood over 5 years ago. They were recommended to us by friends, and have since completed an extensive list of jobs for us, I’ll probably miss some but here goes- boiler replacement, boiler service, radiator replumbing/fitting new radiators, rerouting numerous heating pipes and a soil pipe (during some major kitchen renovations/building works), moving the mains supply stop tap, stoping bathroom leaks (at very short notice!), capping a gas supply, and servicing gas appliances.
Their work is always top notch, and other trades always comment at the quality of the end result. I have no hesitation in recommend them, a lovely local company, and fantastic customer service. Thank you all 🤗

Very good service. Came and did a boiler service on the Monday after I asked for their help on the previous Thursday having been let down. Sam came at the time agreed serviced the boiler and diagnosed the fault I was worried about. Rebecca in the office sent me a quote for the work the same day, I agreed it and Sam came back on the Wednesday and fitted a new expansion tank and valve,the boiler has worked perfectly since. All the work was completed perfectly and Sam cleared up as he went along so no mess at all. Good job, efficient company.

Tidy work and all waste removed

I had a bad experience with another company who came to service my old boiler and left it dripping water for several weeks whilst I decided whether or not to use them to do my new installation.
I went on to Check a trade to find other companies close to where I live . Out of the 3 companies that they sent me RD Heat came back to me straight away . Ross came round the next day to assess what needed to be done . He offered me the choice of different boilers and promptly sent me quotations . I chose one of them and paid a deposit . Sam and Kai were round the following week to do the installation . They were fantastic ,polite ,friendly and they tidied up everything when they left . All work completed in the same day . Also phoned Rebecca at their office who gave me some advice .Everyone extremely helpful and I can’t recommend them highly enough ! Thank you so much

I found RD Heat via an internet search for verified local boiler installers and plumbers near Verwood. I submitted some details of the basics of what I was after to them and my enquiry was followed up promptly and an appointment arranged within a few days. The engineer who came round to the house was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice regarding a replacement boiler and hot water cylinder and what options I had available to me. The quotation was sent promptly and was competitive compared with the other quotes I had received. I had a few adjustments that I wanted to make as I wanted a slightly bigger boiler than quoted and this was quickly confirmed and a new amended quote sent. I was able to book them in without too much delay for when I had a week off work. Sam and Tai arrived in good time along with the delivery of items on day 1. They installed a Worcester Bosch unit, sorted out the mess of previous pipe work and fitted an unvented cylinder. They also fitted some additional radiators for me that I had waiting as the system was off and empty. This took just under 4 days. Both the engineers were courteous and professional and kept me informed as they progressed. They left the house safe and tidy each day. When they completed the fitting I was shown the new system operation and all the associated works to ensure I was content with the whole installation. They did a great job and all their work looks smart and tidy. They even used up some off cuts of skirting I had to complete the airing cupboard. Everything was left clean. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t think twice about asking them back for any further works. Great job team!!

I booked RD heat in following an estimate visit after my boiler & hot water tank developed issues. Ross was excellent offered great advice and demonstrated great knowledge of the products available. RD heat came recommended by worcester bosch after an online enquiry. I obtained a few quotes from the normal boiler companies. RD heat was more than competitive with BOXT & a lot cheaper than British Gas.

Ross & his colleague Sam worked on taking out my existing system & boiler & installed a new combi boiler. Due to the higher pressure we had a few taps leak, but Ross & Sam worked to secure the new system at no extra costs & diligently checked all the pipes, radiators and taps. They were absolutely superb & I can’t recommend them highly enough. Wouldn’t look anywhere else if I had any issues or problems .

Absolutely unique in this area, a plumber who actually turned up when they said they would. Work carried out quickly, tidyly and not over priced. Will be using them again.

I contacted RD Heat about getting my boiler serviced, within the hour I had an appointment booked for the same day the next week and given a 2hour time slot for the service. The price was given to me on the spot and was cheaper than the competition too.

On the day of the service the technician arrived exactly on time at the start of the window and was very friendly and explained everything they were doing. They also explained about how my boiler was 25 years old but was working fine for now. I was really impressed by this as there was no sales angle or attempt to up sell any products or service. The advice was genuine and helpful and I paid exactly what I was quoted the previous week.

I would highly recommend RD Heat to anyone I know for a fair and friendly service!

Subsequently the engineer who called round to the property was knowledgeable and gave some good advice regarding a replacement boiler and relocating it from its existing location. The quotation was also supplied promptly and was competitive compared with other quotes. Consequently the boiler replacement was undertaken with a new Worcester Bosch combi unit being installed. The task took under 3 days and the two engineers undertaking the task were courteous and kept us apprised as the task progressed and left the property safe and tidy each day. On completion we were shown the new system operation and all the associated works to ensure we were content with the whole installation. In addition they also repaired a faulty toilet without any fuss therefore, overall an excellent job well done.
