I bought a TV, couldn’t pick it up,they arranged to deliver it in a timely manner

I received excellent customer service when I called asking about a new dishwasher. Andrew helped me and his customer service along with the sale promotion was a deciding factor in choosing RC Willey. The installation with JP Appliance was also excellent. Thank you!

Nearly an hour in line to pay for my purchase! I understand this was a Memorial Day sale and it's busy. But you have six cashier stations and the whole time there were only two or three cashiers working. Why can't we just pay for our purchase with the sales person when it's written up? Come on RC Willey, you're a huge company with lots of experience. You should be doing better than this with the cashiers and system for paying.

I ordered a microwave oven. The email I got said to pick it up today 5/21. I called a 1/2 hour prior to my arrival to pick it up. When I arrived they said they didn’t have it yet, and it is expected to arrive on 5/22. So I drove 70 miles round trip today for nothing. Not only was it an extreme waste of my time the gas was expensive to do that trip especially twice! When the customer calls they should immediately check if the item actually is available to be picked up!

I am adding an addendum to my previous review given yesterday on 04/09/2026. I thought the review was just for the delivery. When my daughter and I drove out to Elk Grove to RCWilley 04/04/2026, we were there looking for a specific type of recliner for me and had a vague description and photo. We encountered Mr. Donald Jones, one of your salesmen and asked where we could find recliners..he asked us to come with him and he escorted us over to where they all were…. ( you have so many!) we looked at most of them and I didn’t think I would find what I wanted. He was able to pinpoint /find exactly what I was looking for! He really was extremely helpful and took his time with us…. When he pointed out “my chair” I was ecstatic! He demonstrated all the features. The price was right and I said “SOLD” right then and there. :) After the purchase was made and the deal was done we left and found ourselves commenting on Mr. Jones’ helpfulness and time he spent doing it. Thank you Mr. Donald Jones, you are a very patient and helpful gentleman! :)

After the sale is made, everything completely falls apart. I ordered a canopy bed. It was delivered missing parts, had to wait another week, lamps ordered sent the wrong ones, when I did get the right lamps they were missing parts. My nightstand is 600 miles away, was supposed to have delivered today ! Once my bedroom set is complete I will never purchase anything from this company ever again !!! Rate minus 5 stars !!! 😡

Customer service, price and availability.

I had ordered a complete dining room set online. The next day I realized I had made a mistake. My dining table was fine; I just needed new chairs. I called the customer service number, and the person who helped me simply removed the table from the order and allowed me to just take the chairs. She made it quick and easy. Thanks.

Looking for another Lift Chair. As usual the 2 salesman we had contact with were FRIENDLY, courteous, and knowledgeable. Service is exemplary. We have purchased other furniture and beds at RC Willey with a great experience on each occasion. We can recommend them to anyone.

You had the exact Maytag dryer in stock for a will call pickup. I called to see if I could get it now instead of the following day. A person named Tony (who deserves recognition) answered on the first ring, was helpful friendly and patient ! No automated phone system and waiting on hold ! Tony arranged for the dryer to get picked up in Roseville (not delta shores). At the will call center they brought my dryer to our truck within minutes! Impressed overall with 1) availability 2) amazing customer service 3) no sales tax !

I will be buying kitchen appliances soon and RC Willey will be my first choice !
