The website is easy to negotiate

The website is easy to negotiate. We did experience an issue when trying to get a tv delivered to our house in California. Turns out our town was just outside the delivery area. The website did not tell us that, we had to call the Sacramento store and find out that way. RC Willey has fantastic people working for them. Love Travis in electronics.

For some reason when I chose Customer…

For some reason when I chose Customer Pick Up, my order was sent to Sacramento and not Roseville. I called the pick up phone number on my receipt and the person was very friendly and quickly changed the order to be picked up in Roseville. He could also tell me my item was in stock there so I could actually pick it up same day! Pick up at Roseville went smoothly.

Item pick up took a long time

Item pick up took a long time. Only one other customer there. Employee was nice. Item had damaged foot. Fixing the issue was too complicated for something simple. Had to purchase my own replacement

Complaint against RC Willey Furniture…

Complaint against RC Willey Furniture regarding defective merchandise and unresolved service issues.
In October we purchased a leather sectional and accent chair from RC Willey. Since that time, we have received multiple deliveries of defective furniture.
The sectional has been delivered damaged on multiple occasions, including stitching defects, scratches, deep creases in the headrests, misaligned components, and a hole in one of the pieces. The most recent delivery attempt on March 7 also arrived damaged and not properly boxed.
Additionally, the accent chair we purchased had a loose back. A replacement chair was delivered, but the same issue occurred again. A technician later confirmed the chair could not be repaired.
Throughout this process we experienced repeated communication failures, inaccurate information regarding the product, missed delivery expectations, and delays in resolving the issues.
We are requesting a resolution that includes either replacement furniture delivered in new condition or an appropriate refund for the defective merchandise and associated inconvenience.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service - placed our order and then decided an hour later to cancel. Totally understand that's on us. However, I've now called several times and emailed with no response back to confirm cancellation and they've billed us for an order that we cancelled and that hasn't shipped. Very frustrating, won't be doing business with them in the future.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE

I purchased a washer online and it was ready for pick up that same day. Pick was a breeze! We called ahead of time per the email instructions and someone answered right away and told us they were ready for us and to call upon arrival and they would be right out with our order. It was the easiest appliance purchase and pick up I’ve ever experienced. This is top notch service these days when you can’t pick up appliances at other retail stores on the same day or even get anyone to answer a phone without talking to an automated system first. Also not having to wait upon arrival was fantastic! I was so impressed by this that I will now only consider RC Willey for future purchases of appliances and furniture. Also was told I had 30 days to return the item if unsatisfied and there isn’t a store around here that lets you return an appliance anymore after 24 hours. So RC Willey is at the top of my list in customer service satisfaction! Thank you!

We purchased a sectional sofa and a…

We purchased a sectional sofa and a washing machine on 11/22/25. Our washing machine had already been broken a week prior unfortunately I didn't drive my truck down or I would have taken the new washer that day. We were supposed to have a delivery on 12/05/25. I had to take half a day off for the delivery, half way through the delivery window you called and said the truck broke down and would deliver the following Friday. We had already been without a washer for three weeks at this point. So I opted to drag my trailer down on 12/06/25 and I was told everything would be ready for me at the warehouse. We drove almost 90 miles one way to get there to find out everything wasn't ready for pickup. We sat in the parking lot for over an hour and a half watching pickup after pickup happen right in front of us while we sat there twiddling our thumbs. We finally got our sectional ( unboxed ) and I needed to drive back almost 90 miles in the fog. We asked for plastic bags to wrap it in and were told they didn't have any by the guy at the front desk. Finally after another half hour the manager of the warehouse came out with some for us. We should have been home by 3:30 that afternoon instead we didn't get home until 5:30 that evening and had to unload and set up in the dark. That hour and a half wait in your parking lot was ridiculous and your lying front desk man needs to be fired!!!

I called ahead to the warehouse about 40 minutes before pick up and they said they would have everything ready for me. Once I arrived, I called and let them know I was there and it took about four minutes before they came out with my freezer. Super easy process.

Went to pick up an end table

Went to pick up an end table . When we drove up it said to text or call. I did both because there was a man said he had been waiting for 45 minutes. It took us 45 minutes to get my table . My husband asked why it took so long and the worker said he didn’t know where his coworker went to

We needed a simple bed for emergency…

We needed a simple bed for emergency recovery downstairs, and RCW was the only store that had decent affordable product in stock, and available to order On-Line, for immediate pick-up at local warehouse, within 2 days. No other store could guarantee that availability nor could they deliver until a week or more out.

Horrible customer service/only thing resolved was an apology for 7 months of frustration

We purchased recliner love seats in June 2023 and a battery pack. Battery pack stopped working and recliners were no longer had good support, we called customer service, and they sent someone out July 2024. We were told battery pack needed to be replaced and was under warranty and would order a new one and they would get new stuffing and fix our support issue. After at least 10 calls thru January 2025 which we were told everything was covered we found out battery pack was out of warranty, why were we not told sooner??? After 7 months stuffing was replaced. We have since need new furniture but will never deal with RC Willey again, we have spent over $9,000. Customer service was absolutely terrible.
