I thought I was to receive email notification when and how much my account payment was due,all I received was a message saying it was past due no due date was given to me!!!

Darrell kills it home run every time we deal with him!!

All they had to do was bring in a new stove, screw in a guidance bracket, and plug it in. They left with a two inch gap between the wall and the stove and the stove will not push back against the wall.
I called within 5 minutes of them leaving, and was told the drivers wouldn't answer their phone and if they didn't respond it would require a whole new appointment to fix it.

Product arrived on-time. Delivery and setup were fast and courteous. As always, a great experience with RC Willey.

We've purchased a few furniture from RC Willy over the years and we were satisfied. The salesmen we have dealt with were pretty professional, not pushy and just simply giving us their knowledge to educate us about the products we are interested in. But the people at the counter on the second floor who processes your invoice on your purchase. They are cold, no personality, not friendly, even kind of snippy. I don't even know why they're there. It seems to us that they don't like their job. Other than the people that we have encountered at the counter, every one else is doing their job great.

Very professional and handled my account quickley.

Brayden Sawyer was extremely helpful! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient while helping me select new appliances. I appreciate all of his help!

My experience with the flooring subcontractor was horrible. I was disappointed in RC Willey with the way they handled my account, and the 3 month delay in letting me know about an additional flooring charge. Because we had purchased several items over a couple of months time, I made monthly phone calls to check my balance and was always told I had a zero balance. I was mailed a statement 3 months later showing I now had an outstanding balance. No one has been able to explain the delay to my satisfaction.

Had multiple support reps tell me different things about why a couch shipment was delayed. A lot of it was not true. Sales rep got passive aggressive at me for trying to find more information during his day off. But no one could tell me any concrete information until the general manager got involved after a tweet that I sent out about the situation.

Jason, the sales associate that assisted me and my wife, greeted us as we walked in and asked us if he could help in any way. We told him we were looking for a new mattress and gave him our price range. He wasted no time showing us our options and gave us space to make our decision, with no pressure coming from his end. Jason was professional, courteous, and most importantly there was no hard selling on his side.
The garage delivery of our new mattress was equally as pleasent as our interaction with Jason, but I unfortunately didn't catch the name of our delivery driver, which seems like a disservice to his amazing effort. As many of us may assume things aren't usually delivered during the given time window, ours was from 8.15 am to 10.15 am. He was 5 minutes early! In my 30 years of life I have had many deliveries arrive late, some have arrived on time, but never have they arrived early. The loading team and delivery driver outshine their positions and deserve to be commended. Each of these facts are the reasons I will only be purchasing my furniture from RC Willey in the future. Finally, thank you to all those involved with making this, without a doubt, the easiest large purchase of my life.

I had to do my own follow up and ordering and then was still given the run around for 3 days after saying yes to my order. I got the quote and they said to call the next day to pay for it. Unsure why I couldn’t pay for it right then and there after saying yes. Called the next day and paid. Then was told it would be ordered the following day. Not sure why it couldn’t be placed the same day. Then get a follow up after the weekend and told it will be a month until it arrives. Not impressed.

Item was scheduled to be picked up today. I called the store to make sure everything was ready and in line. The representative on the phone told me. It wouldn't be here until tomorrow. And that there's a consistent issue with floor staff and salespersonnel over promising when items will be available.And that the shipping receiving department is taking the brunt of these false statements. I think the general manager needs to have a conversation with sales representatives. Because the customer service was poor in the event of lying about availability. Salespeople had a great smile, but it's what's behind it that is frustration.

Will call department is awesome

I had bought a patio coffee table-it did not do well with the first rain storm. Come to find out it wasn't an outdoor patio table even though it was on their website under the outdoor furniture. They listen do me, exchanged it for a different table. I was also notified they had corrected the listing in the website. Very nice people at customer service that help correct the problem.

Easy ordering o line & pickup was easy!! In less than a few hours I had my new purchase at home without having to go in store as I recently had surgery. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I was happy that I could do curbside as I had my dog in the car. The delivery person had me sign the paper, put the box in the back of my car and went back into the store. I was curious of why he didn't shut my hatchback, when I looked the box would not fit. Took me about 10 minutes to move around my seats and cover and adjust the box to fit and be able to shut the hatch. Would have been nice if he would have told me. Hey this is going to be tight, we might need to adjust. Felt kind of abandoned as he ran away.
