The store is absolutely spotless
The store is absolutely spotless. Super clean and inviting. It makes you feel like you’re in your own home as opposed to a warehouse. The selection was endless. This was the third place we looked for our TV stand. It was delivered on time and I like the stand more than the tv itself. The staff was helpful and professional yet not pushy at all. I absolutely loved my experience.

The worst Customer Service I’ve ever…
The worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen in my life. We purchased a $5000 immersive audio couch. We’ve had it for two weeks and it still don’t work. They came down last Friday and connected to the units and left. We had to purchase additional cables which we received today installed them now today if you sit up or stand up from the couch, it shuts the system off contact a customer service and nobody can help me try calling the general manager at the Henderson store won’t talk to me. Don’t buy anything from this store. I am loading up the couch in a trailer and I’m gonna go dump it on their front porch.

First home flooring experiance.
They were great and on top of everything and made the process easy for me. The new carpet is so soft and nice and really finished off the rooms. As a first time purchasing carpet for myself I will say the process was smooth.

Currently waiting to hear back from management in carpeting department regarding recent install. We have carpeted our last three homes through RC Willey and have always been pleased with the result. This carpet install in the primary bedroom looks like the carpet wasn’t pulled tight enough. I voiced my concern to the installer and was told not to worry about it because he used the carpet stretcher.

Beautiful store. Easy online ordering
New to town. Needed a few things for my home. I was so impressed with the selection and just how beautiful the store looks. I saw what I needed but went home to think about if it will work with my decor. From home I was able to order online. Super easy and reasonable delivery price. Ordered a microwave online for pickup…
Ordered a microwave online for pickup at the Henderson Nevada Retail store. I received an email my order wasn’t ready for pickup on Saturday, but RC Wiley charged my card. Now, I’m without a microwave for Saturday and Sunday. I have no idea when my order will be ready for pickup.
