I’m really unhappy with how things have been handled so far. I feel like I’m being overcharged, and when I’ve tried to reach out for help, I just keep getting passed around different departments only to be disconnected in the end. It’s been very frustrating not being able to speak to someone who can actually assist. I hope this can be resolved fairly and quickly.

I had a great experience buying my new iPhone from this shop. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got the best service, and even helped me outside of their regular opening hours, which I really appreciated. They were helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

More fees than service
Don't use RCUK.
I have been with RCUK 5 years. BEWARE of signing a contract with them. They're a little pricey, and I incurred many charges and fee's. I have overpayed so many times... also they're not honest with you about the T&C's.
If you want a really good plan, use smarty.co.uk

Great service
I had a great experience in purchasing a new phone recently. I received a good offer from Aaron and was served in store by Keiran. He was extremely helpful and made the transition from one phone to the other seamless!

Don't use rcuk
Since I started using their service I always got very very high bills for no reason and after calling them and figuring it out I get the bills again I tried to cancel my service a few times and it didn't work and after all this when I actually canceled everything and I asked if I have to pay anything more and I said no I got a bill for $153 pounds terrible service terrible company unacceptable

MeirHoward returned my call regarding…
MeirHoward returned my call regarding my request to update my phone. He went through possible new phones keeping in mind what I wanted,from the phone eg a good camera and also cost
The next day I went to RCUK and he showed me what he thought was what I needed.
He was patient with all my questions and I felt he really cared that I would be happy with what I was buying.
He spent a lot of time helping me.
I think he is exceptional at his job and I would always recommend him and the shop as a place to go.

Been using RCUK for over two years and…
Been using RCUK for over two years and can see they are a breath of fresh to deal in comparison woth the bigger mobile network providers. Always quick to respond and I nearly always deal with the same person which helps. Their customer service is how it should be and I can only recommend them very highly.

Outstanding, professional, courteous service
This company manages all our telecoms devices - 3 mobile phones and 15 tablets, we recently experienced some irregular data usage with some tablets and asked them to investigate - this was done very promptly, professionally and with excellent communications at all stages leading to a resolution of the problem. We also needed to exchange a damaged tablet, again this was all arranged with a couple of emails. I am very pleased we use this firm and would recommend them without hesitation to any company needing to run a number of staff mobiles / tablets etc.
