Slow execution of trades, the bonus that this broker gives is fake, imagine I deposited 700 rands and the equity was 2000 rands plus the bonus when I entered the trade with the smallest lot size the market only moved 2pips the bonus didn't work they closed my account my trades when the account went in the loss of 700 rands. This broker run away guys fast don't look back. Scammers

Wayden Forbes one of your guys affaires will not give me my money and I am scared for the others who he is selling “ Account Managment “ to . He takes your money and when it is time to pay he keeps on delaying the payment . This is poor that you have not removed him from affiliation !

Scamed of my deposit of 1000 rand, deposited on December 25. Keep making excuses that is not reflecting on their bank. I have sent all the proofs that show the money was deposited.

Bad, very nasty and wicked broker and do not know how they got a trading license.

Everything with Rcg is smooth, the only broker of a few in Africa that offers perfect and timely services, tight speads with a variety of trading accounts that suit all capital capabilities,especially with Nano(stp) pairs that enables growing small amounts of money, its really the best by far.

Scammers, the worst broker I have dealt with, their financial department approves your withdrawal then cancels it afterwards and this, several times, really never create an account with this broker, look elsewhere, you will be more calm. Consider mass reporting this broker, then file a complaint with the financial markets authority.

Total scam they scammed me of my money I placed a trade and my account was blown just like that no movement against my position , no news event happening at that time when I ask the about it they say they cannot control the market this and that so people stay away from this broker its a scam!!!

SCAMM! I created an account a couple months ago and have been blowing account after account, this month I finally found a strategy and started to see crazy profits. As soon as my account became positive the disabled by account and sent me an account termination letter without any reason why. Now I have all my money plus profits stuck in the platform with no way to access it.

After receiving a withdrawal confirmation, I waited over six hours without receiving any funds. When I reached out, I was asked to provide my wallet address again, despite already having submitted it. After complying, they then requested proof of ownership of my account, which I also provided. To make matters worse, they requested my phone number, claiming they would call me, but I still haven’t received any communication from them.

I find their withdrawal process absolutely ridiculous and inefficient. Waiting 24–48 hours for withdrawals is already unacceptable in this day and age, but RCG Markets somehow managed to make the process even worse. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this broker at all costs.

This is definitely the worst broker I've ever traded with,I can't even access the withdrawal portal the thing keeps on saying invalid request is provided. I can't even getting any assistance from support team they dont reply to any messages at all 😏what scam, please don't listen to any of the influencers lyig to you social media this is one of the worst brokers out here.this is just a friendly warning to everyone out there stay away from this broker rather stick to the broker you know unlike going with what people are saying.

RCG Market has been one of the most reliable and best broker i've traded with ever since I started my trading career. It has the best spreads, fastest withdrawal approvals and and quick deposit platforms. And it also provides monthly calenders on their Instagram page and also gives it's trades opportunities to fund them as this year it was my matric year RCG showed me it's something i can rely on so Big ups to RCG Markets.

Today I funded my account but whn I look at the account it says balance R0.00
This it is the first time this happened

I even messaged them on Instagram still no reply

Honestly I like the smooth platform, low spreads, no off quotes during high impact news and little to no market manipulation what I don't like is the recent issue whereby they are no longer able to process withdrawals to countries like Lesotho,Namibia and Botswana therefore I would really wish they could improve this issue whereby they could find a way to process withdrawals to such countries mentioned above because it kills the motivation to continue using the broker as we remain uncertain as to whether we'll ever receive such withdrawals

RCG markets is a very good broker in terms of trustworthy,different account types to accommodate different traders,Providing educational tips about trading(including the Leadership Monhla master class it was very useful ,I attended one of those classes ),also the giveaways the broker does to its clients. I think all those things uplift the image of the broker overall.

But there are certain things I think RCG can improve on for instance I would like same day withdrawals (approximately within an hour withdrawals should reflect on bank accounts).The support team is good but it can be greater too . The maximum duration a person can wait to get a response is 24 hours. The maximum leverage should be 1:5000 ,this is to help traders maximize more profits especially when there's news events . I would also like to trade crypto currencies (e.g Bitcoin) with RCG.
