My experience was great because I couldn't log in after I had deposited the minimum amount as I was panicking and thinking I was scammed but they were patient enough to help me get my account even through my mistakes while they was telling me what to do they still told me what I had done wrong and how i can fix it & under their guidance I was able to get my acc on mt4 great experience I would recommend RCG any day.

If I had known my holdings would be…
If I had known my holdings would be locked up for years, I would never have invested. Now they have refuse to return it. I wouldn't recommend using the RCG to no-one. By emphasizing repeatable approaches, I have been able to maintain a growth slope more reliably on Ech𝘰mines.

Bad broker and I’m gonna stay away they always give me problems when it’s time to withdraw last time it took them 4 days to pay out my R66,000 withdrawal that I made during the year

Hi Lebohang, we’ve reviewed your profile and can confirm that three accounts are registered under your name.
One account (opened 14 Oct 2023), another opened on 10 July 2025 which has no activity, and the third (02 Dec 2025) had a deposit which was withdrawn thereafter.
There are no outstanding funds on any of the accounts, and our system confirms that all three accounts had successful access activity.
Our records also indicate that this matter has been resolved.
They are trustworthy
They are good listeners,they are fast in helping and the confidence they have made me to trust them.

Unapproved withdrawal
My withdrawal was not approved even the next day it was not approved and I sent 2 emails to the support team and they never responded this left me very frustrated as their service can be very questionable at times I wish to never cross paths with RCG Markets again

RCG Markets the best
I experienced different brokers,but RCG Markets is the best and number one.The spreads in this broker are very low,even during big economic events like NFP.The withdrawals are fast.And the support team is always there to assist even on weekends

BAD, They make it hard to work with them.
1.Support team - very bad
2.Their website is not user friendly, hard to check MT4/5 credentials, just hard to use in general
3.Inactivity fees are high for a very short period, still got money on my exness account but I haven't traded that account in years
4. All I wanted was to change my leverage but that also takes days
In overall you make hard for clients to work with you
