This company is a scam. They make cheap toy like items and sell them as if they are real. They are cheap looking plastic or fiber glass and they are entirely too small to use in a real home. Stay away from this place. I tried to return the items back after receiving one broken and all of them were awful and as I said, they would never fit in a real home. The price to return them was just as much as I paid. I lost out on over $200. Ripoff.

I bought and paid for 2 lightfittings on the 8th May 21. No comms from them after that. Thank God I paid via PayPal.
Spoke with PayPal today 7.5 weeks after placing my order. Also, after emailing this company , PayPal refunded my money straight away.
The company came back via email and said they had no recall of my order but guess they were happy to take my money.

Fraudulent company, PayPal refunded me and said they are not dealing with them again.
be warned , I did not receive my orders and from my experience are not worth approaching, bloody scammers and fraudsters.
Bad bad experience. Don't go there.

Avoid this company. Returns are impossible and yes, broken thin glass comes in. Photos are inaccurate and items are cheap and tacky looking.
I wish I had seen this before I ordered 2 items.
Go elsewhere.

Stay away from this company. Like many of the reviews, they sent a cheap not working light fixture that was also scratched and they offered a 15% discount to keep the broken light or I have to pay to ship it back to China. They are horrible at customer service and they’re going to take my money. Never never buy from here.

Terrible customer service. Received damaged lamp. Contacted online customer service. After multiple email exchanges during last two weeks, still cannot get replacement part nor my money back. Very unprofessional responses and it takes more than 24 hrs for the customer service to respond for each text/email. Tracking system is outrageous. Another order I placed about a month ago did not have tracking updates since then. Customer service is not responding on the status of that order.

Stole my money. Do not buy anything from them

Poor customer service. Lights are not rated for install by a licensed electrician in Canada. Of course when I tried to reach them back they are no where to reply to!

Fraude ! Les luminaires ne répondent pas aux normes américaines. L’électricien a refusé d’installer les luminaires car non conformes. Après avoir reçu l’argent, l’entreprise ne fait aucun suivi...la politique de retour/remboursement est une arnaque autant que leurs produits.

Scam they send you a nonworking light and say well if you want your money back return it. Ok that seems good I go to return it to China and it would cost me as much as I paid for it. If they keep doing this and no one send it back because the shipping cost is so high the get to keep the money for sending bad products out.

I have bought two lamps two weeks ago, since now i have got nothing, not a confirmation, that i bought something, or when my order is going to be send.
I tried to contact them via chat on the site, and they said me, that they prepared already my parcel and they are going to sent it. When? They don't know!
I would never ever buy anything there again. Waiting for my lamps but even if they will look good, I will avoid the store!
And one more time, people working in Raypom, do your work!! Answer our questions, tell us when our order is going to be send. I spend already quite a lot of money and did not get anything!

Stay away. I spent $1,300 on their site. They were supposed to be outdoor sconces but when they arrived they clearly were not water proof or meant for outdoors. I emailed explaining that they must have sent me the wrong product as it didn't even look like the picture on their site. The only thing the customer service person could say was we can only refund after they receive the returned product in the mail. I explained 3 times that this is not a return this is an obvious mistake on their part. He just kept repeating the same thing. I knew from a different fixture in the same order that returns to China take more than 3 months to ship and clear customs and cost me $90 in shipping to return a $250 fixture. So returning their mistake was not a solution for these sconces. I filed a claim with my credit card, we'll see how that goes. In short, the products look nice and cheap online but unless you luck out it's really not worth the risk. Yes, 1 of the 16 fixtures I bought is nicely sitting affixed to my ceiling- the rest our stuck in Chinese customs or in a box unusable. Go wayfair or the many other reputable online retailers - not Raypom.

The product is good quality. It arrived within a timely manner, etc. However, they are a foreign company and you need to be award that your bank will charge you international exchange fees. Also, their return policy is not ideal. Since is a foreign company you will need to pay international shipping if you wish to return them and the cost of mailing something out is more than the product itself. I will never buy from them again, I like the flexibility of returning things and this company does not provide this costumer service.

My experience is completely different from the other ones I read here.
I ordered a house full of lights and they all arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering. The lights are gorgeous. I am a happy customer!!

I use my email address as the account username. Now they are sending advertising messages to my email, but cannot find my email as login. No customer service at all, no response for return or exchange for a wrong item they sent me.

Would NOT recommend, sent me two damaged lights, lied about sending tracking numbers for new ones. Finally get the lights and there the wrong ones. Now telling me I need to buy new ones!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
