If I could give zero stars, I would. At first sight, Rawheat comes across as a very professional company. However, don't be fooled by this. They are very hot on being paid in advance, but not so hot on sorting out problems if they occur. A full system flush (costing >£700 including VAT) was not carried out effectively with the result that my system was leaking water and taking in air. This resulted in my radiators not being balanced. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and called Rawheat to come to resolve the issue. Whenever I call, I am told that whoever I need to speak to is out or on the phone and that they will get back to me, but they never do. This has been going on for 18 months. If I wasn't so busy at work, I would take Rawheat to the small claims court. How a company deals with a complaint is an opportunity for that company to build customer loyalty - but this is a lesson that Rawheat has yet to learn. My strong advice is to avoid using Rawheat.

Have found the prompt service from this company to be excellent .
Contacted 3 days ago & new boiler fitted yesterday as promised with a check promised in 7 days .
Totally professional . Invoice quote received & payment dated invoice . Even received a call to Spain where I live to confirm the work .Would have no hesitation if I need work done in the future .

I have tried everything with Raw Heat Ltd for months and months. It started with replacing 3 gravity fed showers. It has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Serious leaks, no water and so it goes on. It is not OK to walk away from faulty items and leave the customer dealing with it by just ignoring them. Appalling

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Twice they have been paid up front for work, and on both occasions have diagnosed the problem wrong. They fitted a part this week to a boiler that made no difference and just left. Over £600 later. To then be told they wanted £1400 for a new boiler. Disgusting how this firm operates. Would definitely not recommend these to anyone. If there was a zero star they would have it

Called Raw Heat in an emergency this morning as our boiler stopped working. Mark was in the area and was with us within 10 Minutes, diagnosed the problem and popped to the plumbing parts before it closed at lunchtime, fixed the problem with half hour. Job well done, Would highly recommend. Thank you for your excellent service.

The guy that came was very polite, extremely tidy and I could see he really cared about his work. He's a credit to the company. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the second time we've used Raw Heat and both times the people sent out have been knowledgeable and professional.

Highly recommended for boiler service and plumbing.
