Stalker 101. I placed items in my cart to order. Received a phone call from them not even 20 minutes later on a Thursday night at 9:18PM asking about if I had any questions on the application I filled out online. Which I didn’t fill out anything online, I had only placed 6 items in my cart. Received another phone call today (5 days later) about items that I left in my cart. Ummmm miss ma’am, I didn’t leave anything in my cart. I closed out the tab and I have NO INTEREST in placing any orders with a company who must be desperate for sales. Hard pass!!!
After reading all these other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t waste money with doing business with this company after the way they replay to customers who leave honest reviews.

Received our reorder of PVC bird house inserts and all is well. The price and shipping charges have gone up significantly such that we are going to consider getting a bird house that does not need inserts.

Nice rope!
Rope is of great quality, I’m using this around the pools zero entry border. Just looking to finish off the ends. I’m thinking about doing some sort of stitching with a nylon twine to keep the ends from fraying.

Hi Ray, Thank you for sharing your feedback. The most common and easiest way to finish the ends of twisted cotton rope is to use electrical tape. Wrap the tape around the last 3/4-inch of your rope. Then, use a lighter and carefully melt the tape's edge, binding it to the rope for a permanent bond. This will keep the rope from fraying. Electrical tape is what we use to secure the ends. It comes in various colors to match your rope or color scheme.
Depending on your desired result "rope end caps" can also be used. We hope this helps.

Good, durable chew toys

I did not have a smooth transaction…
I did not have a smooth transaction when I submitted my resale certificate. I should be able to call your wholesale side, but the retail side was the only contact I could reach. I was told that I had to email the wholesale side. I could not be transfered. I ended up just paying the tax out of frustration.
