من أول لحظة تعاملت معاه، حسّيت بالاهتمام والاحترام والرقي في التعامل. أسلوبه كان أكثر من رائع، وخدمته سريعة ودقيقة، وكل كلمة قالها تدل على أخلاقه العالية وحبه لعمله.
