I have a great relationship with Rathbones. I have always found my investment team to be efficient, easy to talk to and most importantly they give great advice. I love the personal relationships see have built up over the years and in a world which is dominated more and more by algorithms and call centres I appreciate the personal service I always get from Angus and Julie. Keep it up guys - you are the best!

I have had excellent service for the past 5 years with Rathbones. My personal advisor James Mulholland has guided me with his professional and experienced approach and I trust his advice and judgement 100% and feel safe in his capable hands. He is very approachable with a way of explaining my portfolio to me (a non-financial but interested client) in a way that I understand it. He remains in regular contact with me and always gets back to me very promptly.

I've been a client of Rathbones for a number of years and have always been very happy with the service for my family and myself. I feel there is an honesty with the service. In particular my Financial Advisor Stephen Hall from the Glasgow office gives me excellent help without patronising me in any way. If I require to speak to him and he's busy he comes back to me very quickly. Any other members of staff I've spoken with too have always been helpful.
