I used Rasa's tool to identify how many and which records could be expunged. It identified several that could be taken care of right away so I was naturally excited to get the process started. I've called, I've emailed, I've texted for over TWO months before I got any response! And what did they say? A text saying I wasn't eligible for any expungements at this time. So I asked to speak to someone on the phone. Radio silence! Needless to say I'm beyond unimpressed with their level of ability to communicate with potential clients and they lure you in with promises of help for a low fee.

Bottom line: I don't trust the positive reviews they have, probably fake reviews or they "paid" people to provide them. I'd recommend finding another law firm if you need help with expungements or try to go about it on your own.

Unbelievably positive experience! I was in shock that there was an option to petition for my firearm rights restored and charges set aside. It seemed too good to be true, but it’s true! I reached out to Rasa and everyone I interacted with was extremely prompt and friendly. I had sat with these charges for 10 years assuming I couldn’t even attempt to get my rights back. The team I worked with immediately drafted my petition and filed. Within 3 weeks I had my rights back.
