Simple checkout/purchasing process at awesome prices, lightning fast delivery, great communication and a beautiful healthy product at my doorstep. They nail it every time.

The plants arrived healthy, strong, and absolutely stunning. Beautiful quality from start to finish. Highly recommend!! I’ll be ordering again very soon!

Smooth transaction, quick shipping . Top-notch company. Would definitely recommend.

Super understanding seller. Good communication, cant wait for my next order! 🙌🏻

I could not be happier with my order from Rare Root Lab! The tissue cultures arrived in exceptional condition—honestly, nearly perfect. The agar was crystal clear, the roots and stems were strong and healthy, and every plant was well established and beautifully grown.

Their customer service was just as impressive. Response times were incredibly fast, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process, from ordering through shipping and delivery.

Excellent plants, excellent communication, and an excellent overall experience. Rare Root Lab has absolutely earned my future business, and I will definitely be ordering again!

Great quality plants and great service. Repeat customer for sure!

I just got a new shipment in and omg they're absolutely amazing!! The quality, leaf size, roots are all spectacular!! This is by far the best lab. Thank you for another amazing shipment.

I just received a large order from RareRootLabs and wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely impressed.

The communication throughout the entire process was top notch, and the ordering process itself couldn’t have been easier. I’m also very pleased with the products I received.

I did have an error with two of the items. I reached out to Frank, and he was incredibly responsive and took care of everything right away. No hassle, no runaround — he resolved the issues immediately, which I really appreciated.

Things can occasionally go wrong with an order, but for me, what really says a lot about a company is how they handle those situations. Frank handled everything quickly and professionally, and I never felt like I was being given the runaround.

Overall, I was very pleased with both the plants and the service I received. It’s clear that RareRootLabs, and Frank, takes care of their customers and stands behind what they sell. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again and look forward to building a long-term relationship with them. Highly recommend!

I’ve had such a great experience with Rare Root Labs-- highly recommend! The quality of the tissue cultures is amazing, I got straight 5-star reviews from my customers when I shipped them RRL cultures. Frank is super communicative, responding to emails pretty much any hour of the day, answering questions and working with me on my orders. It's a mixture of ease-of-ordering, great prices, consistency in shipping scheduling and TAT, great communication, and above all else, happy and healthy tissue cultures! For orders this important (and not to mention, this size and $), you really have to have trust in the vendor--that's why I keep coming back to RRL.

Excellent communication, fast shipping and excellent packaging. Will order again!

I love this company because this company cares. I love Frank over at RRL.

He has the best customer service. He is always following up and helping. He is a stand up guy, if you have an issue he makes it right.

Also, the TC and plugs are top quality. I have not had a bad batch. The packaging is clean and done well.

Definitely will continue to do business with RRL!

I had a great experience ordering from Rare Root Labs. Their selection of rare tropical plants and tissue culture plants is impressive, especially for collectors and growers looking for unique Monstera, Philodendron, Alocasia, Anthurium, and other hard-to-find varieties.

The ordering process was straightforward, pricing was competitive, and I really appreciate having access to such a wide range of high-quality plant tissue cultures from a U.S.-based supplier. Rare Root Labs is a great resource whether you’re building a personal rare plant collection, growing out future mother plants, or purchasing tissue culture for a plant business.

I’ll definitely be ordering from RareRootLabs.com again and would recommend them to anyone searching for rare plant tissue culture, wholesale tissue culture plants, or unique tropical plants online.

Amazing Customer Service and astounding response time. Even with the rehab order we got, the plant quality is fantastic. When working with Rare Root Labs we have felt like there has been a personal connection and ability to be able to communicate honestly and open. You guys definitely care about the product you sell and make sure we, as the customer are having a good experience.

It is a pleasure to work with Rare Root Labs and the quality of TCs are great. Ordering was really easy, order updates and customer service is outstanding. I look forward to my next order!

5 stars, hands down. That should say enough but it doesn’t, Rarerootlabs has been great to work with, great availability, great selection, great pricing, great shipping! Am not disappointed what so ever…..the best part…FRANK!!!!!! Frank is the man!!!! He makes sure I know what’s coming up, whats on hand, potential risks and besides that his service is top notch! I will continue to order from these folks until they cut me off. Tc’s, plugs they have it all and in great shape!!!!

One of the best plant and tissue culture wholesalers in the US. We run a nursery and also an online store and get about 90% of our plants and tissue culture plants from Rare Root Labs for the last 8+ months and they deliver every time with amazing healthy plants! Had an issue with some TCs on a shipment UPS lost for 4 days in the heat and lost about 40% of that order and they replaced everything damaged with no questions asked! Amazing customer support from start to finish!
