Ordered T-shirt on the first of march got an order confirmation and nothing since I have tried all sorts of ways to contact Lumo sports and rarefinds all emails bounce back like a fin rubber ball do not touch with a barge pole I am going to start a online shame campaign against this lot do not waste your money real I have looked in the company has been liquidated I have the names of the supposed directors I am on your case I know who you are details are private but be ware I am on you Fukkkk ars

Didn't have the item in stock after paying for it so lumo sports took the responsibility of finding the item for me and only took 1 more day to arrive. Above and beyond definitely recommended

Even after admission of bad service and refund agreement, they never paid me back. TERRIBLE COMPANY to keep it mild. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIEVES

I ordered a t shirt last week and haven’t had any updates nor any replies.
If it’s not amended I’m friends with a rapper with a large following and I will get him to make a post telling people not to shop with them !

Great customer service

The reviews u see about taking months to come and no emails and item not even coming is all true. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and now I’ve been scammed. They repolied to one of my emails of they’ll look into it, then a month later nothing. I’ve been sending and sending them emails still nothing. It’s a scam please don’t make the same mistake I did. I am a bit lucky as I only spent £50 on a t-shirt. Imagine I spent 200-300 on a set or shoes. Please please please DONT ORDER. I’ve never had anything like this in my life. And I’m especially one not to write reviews. So please do not order. What a joke this company is.

Don’t repsond to emails try to return item get a message to say will look into return then hear nothing Avoid them.

I’ve just amended from a one star to a four star, I had some issues with how long my order took, poor communication etc. but John did his best to keep me updated towards the end, he assured me my order was on its way & it arrived today & I absolutely love the Nike trainers I ordered, I felt it only fair to change my rating, we finally got there & I’m very happy with my order. If the delivery was quicker I would have no hesitation using again.

No update on order, no one answers emails, took the money for trainers and have had no tracking number or even confirmation of postage. Even though was down for 48 hour royal mail tracked?? Wouldn't waste your time.

Ordered and paid for items on 30th June. Its now 3rd July and I've had no despatch or tracking information and have emailed 3 times with no joy and no replies. No contact number to get on touch and no one to actually speak to in person. So looks like my daughter won't be getting her birthday present then !!!!!!!

Ordered a birthday gift for my son with delivery 3 to 5 working days. After 2 weeks this wasn’t received so contacted Lumo sports who told me the order would be received the next day!! This did not happen and after a further 3 days of emails I was then told my order was cancelled!! Still waiting for a refund and had no response from my emails. I have a very disappointed son and I definitely won’t use this company again!!

Wrong sizing and they take for ever to get back to you when messaging them
