Ade and Allen were both very helpful
Ade and Allen were both very helpful in helping me get back on the road with no delay. The car was presented beautifully and cleaned to perfection. No detail was missed and no issue not resolved with a polite and friendly manner.

Bad experience and rude customer service
I had a very bad experience with rapid pco I went to rent a car I have received a very dirty car and their response was to go to clean it by my self also when I returned the car I have cleaned it but they said it wasn’t clean so they didn’t wanted to take it back . Also is being 3 weeks from when I give the car back and still waiting for my deposit . Customers service ladies are speaking very rude and they are hanging up the phone on your face . Very bad experience I won’t rent again from them .

They send invoices with PCN without the real date. I received two invoices with the same date and paid twice. They charged me twice before I returned the car, and it has been three weeks waiting for my deposit to be returned, and I still haven't received it. A very bad experience with Rapid

Used to be good now they are the worst, ripped me off £250 deposit and failed to provide documentary evidence as to why they are taking my deposit said I had a lot of tickets which I don't believe I asked them multiple times to provide me en email of the reason they kept my deposit which they did NOT do,having been a loyal customer and looking after the vehicle and now they also don't deliver the vehicle to customer which is a huge impact on the business.
Very unprofessional and rude now woman called dawn said "well if your not happy..." Basically saying get lost.
I asked for a timescale of when they could deliver the vehicle to me as I was not able to collect they then gave me price of £100 a few days later it was up to £150 to deliver a vehicle less than 30 miles away.
After that they said we don't deliver vehicles anymore.
