Slow & Unorganized
When I got to the lab they couldn’t find the information from rapid std testing. It took them a really long time and I had to email them extra things.
Additionally, I got my results back later than I was advised. I’ve never in my life waited that long for a simple blood test result, almost 10 days.
It’s nerve wracking enough waiting on std results, it’s even worse when you feel like the lab lost your test altogether.

I was told that I would be reimbursed…
I was told that I would be reimbursed by my insurance company and that I could handle all of that later because I was in a hurry. scheduled over the phone and was told that there was no need to find my insurance information, only to find out that my insurance does not cover anything that you do with "Rapid". I had to pay the full amount of the testing out of pocket just because the person on the phone assured me that I would be able to be reimbursed. I wont be going through this company ever again.

We can only submit for reimbursement . If you were declined it's your policy. If you have a high deductible it would be applied to your deductible in most cases. Ultimately your health insurance determines if a reimbursement is allowed.

Great expirence
Great expirence, start to finish. The counselors made everything easy and I got my results quick. I was able to get them by email too, so no awkward conversation with a stranger. Totally recommend Rapid.

Overall had a good experience
Overall had a good experience. It was eazy to set up and pay for the test. The wait was not long but I went early. Before they opened. There was alfeady a line i to the facility.

Took too long I paid $250 for a test…
Took too long I paid $250 for a test that I got 10 days later, I went to my health department and got my results the next day.

Horrible service
Horrible service. Very rude and impersonal. Website states that insurance is excepted but was told over the phone that is not the case. It's a cash only service. The address on the website is also not the address for RSC it is Quest Diagnostics.
