This company is a scam
Be very careful about this company. I called them for a shipping quote and they were the cheapest around. Matthew said he would email me the quote. He never did. I tried calling multiple times to chase up on this quote. Different people picked up the phone and I left multiple messages but Matthew never got back. And neither did anyone else. Today I find a £20 charge to my phone bill for all the phone calls on the 0845 number I used to call Rapid Shipping. Apparently Rapid Shipping charge a service fee for you to call them. This company sounds like a scam that is making money not off being freight forwarders but off the service fee they charge on the multiple calls you make to them.

Dreadful
Following my original complaint that I was sold the wrong product for my personal items being shipped, I am disgusted to discover that I am being deceived about what I was apparently told about the service before my goods were collected. There were no such warnings about possible delays or the type of load I wanted shipped being untypical for the company to manage. I have been mislead and I am now taking legal action. I don't see why I should just accept this kind of poor service.

Efficient and reliable
Moving stuff abroad is in itself a stressful endeavour. However, it was made easy by Rapid Shipping. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by their services in the UK.
They kept me updated of their arrival time and was very quick, tidy and efficient in their packing process.
The delivery arm in Malaysia was commendable as well.
My only criticism was that one item was damaged during the transfer.
