I run a very busy business (sorry, I feel uncomfortable sharing details about my business due to harassment and cyber bullying) and we do not do any marketing as all of our clients are referral based. I have built excellent relationships with every single client. After 10 years in business, I received very hurtful and unhelpful comments on our business google account from people we do not know. The lies they started spewing about my business are completely untrue and furthermore, we do not have a single client who is capable to write such extensive hurtful comments in English as all of our clients are non-English speakers. This person even created more fake accounts to bash our business and I was flabbergasted.
