The part that I ordered was out of stock, but was delivered promptly once it was in. However there is a little screw that holds the latch in place that is missing off the new handle.

The correct item was delivered, in good time.
Communication regarding delivery was good.

I struggled to find the correct size of firebrick for our Villager stove, and Rangemoors were one of the few suppliers for the firebricks at a fair price. Despite placing the order on Friday afternoon, Rangemoors despatched the bricks immediately, and they were delivered the next day, perfectly wrapped.
