Karen and team are courteous and always a pleasure to deal with. The currency was ordered late evening and I received an email to confirm it was ready for collection the following morning. Great service all round 🩷🩷

Online rates are not what you get.
Do not trust the online advertised exchange rates as they bare no resemblance whatsoever to the exchange rate you get. Bought Euros yesterday advertised online @ 1.14 to the pound,actual rate 1.11. Ramsdens explanation, online rates are not what you get instore, so what's the point in them.
No apology, just fobbed me off. Buyer be warned.
