I wasn’t happy. 1 I placed my order.2 the roller skates said they was in stock.3 I paid for my goods.4 then I was told few days later was told I was getting a refund and had to wait few day later to get it.4 I wasn’t happy that I didn’t get any skates and now looking for them they going to cost me more now and I didn’t have any new skates to go skating with my daughter for her birthday with her new skates

amazing team, any problems they sort it straight away, I really have to thank them also, my boy was really scared an douted him self going down one of the large ramps he stood the for nearly an hour trying to push him self to do it and it was near closing time the staff didnt just throw us out they let him stay until he completed the ramp this has gave him more confidence...thank you team

Number of order is 155192 made on the 15 of January and I didn't receive it yet sooo bad .I did request a full refund but I didn't heard nothing from your side soo bad customer service and company.

Was lied too about collection times saying it would be 1 day. Ignored my emails. Only told me the correct collection time after ringing up which was found to be 4 days so I refunded my order. Terrible service

Always a pleasure to bring our grandchildren to rampworx The staff and atmosphere is top drawer, nothing is too much trouble from the coaching staff to the team in the shop. A speciial mention to Molly and Paul for their assistance today well worth the journey from Preston. Well done guys.

Don’t bother ordering anything from them!!! Ordered a wheel 4 weeks ago still waiting for it! Send them a email last week and they didn’t even bother to reply!!!!

Good value, but the music is ridiculous.. Incessant, unrelenting screaming, whaling nonsense.. You'd think they'd change it once in a while.. An acoustic attack on the senses.. Awful

I can’t rate when I haven’t received my items

Booked my 11 year old brother in for a 1-1 lesson today. It was our first time visiting Rampworks and from the minute we turned up at the door the staff were so nice and Friendly, they knew exactly what we were there for before we even walked through the door. Alfie had Callum teaching him and he was so nice and friendly and within 15 mins Alfie had already improved on his Scooter. We are not local to Rampworks but will 100% be making the 1.5 hour trip to visit again very soon. Thank you guys 😊

Brought a pack of Rollerbones Bearings recently online from the Rampworx Shop. They arrived terribly packaged and one the Bearings was damaged and looks used? There was no Rollerbones Sticker included as advertised. Just a handful of Rampworx Stickers chucked in a Bag that I have no use for.. Bearings are not performing well. Not very impressed and wont buy from them in the future.

Prices were fantastic and the service was unreal! The two Aerobie Superdiscs I had ordered came in a matter of days (Crazy considering I don't live in mainland UK). Discs arrived in absolute mint condition and my Sport Dog, George rates them very highly compared to the other terrible quality discs he has had. I was previously going to buy these off Amazon but they were almost double the price and would've taken ages to arrive. Would definitely recommend Rampworx Shop!
