I ordered this ramp as the centre ramp is rated for 1200 lbs which is the best that I could find for the money. I haven’t used them as of yet but they look well built

I received my order when they said I would. I was able to assemble, install, load and leave the same day I received my delivery. Thanks to Nathalie for her help.

Though it may be difficult to get through by phone, Nathalie was quite prompt replying by email. She was fantastic, getting me a new part when my purchase arrived with a damaged part. The Black Widow dirt bike rack holds my 2 eBikes quite well and is a breeze to load and unload. The ramp is priceless.

The product order is perfect but the delivery company tracking once it was in Canada and picked by them that was it for tracking and arrived 3 days after tracking date of arrival

Ordered Black Widow Ramp, was received with missing parts. I called Rampsolution and the immediately chased down the missing parts and had them sent out to me. Took some time from start to finish, but all ended up well.

Was able to use the chat feature on website to ensure the loading ramp I wished to purchase was in stock and a sales person contacted me in a prompt manner. Great selection of Loading ramps, the one I ordered was not a common style or length, but was happy to see rampsolution had the type I was looking for in stock. Placed my order and was given a confirmation notice of shipping the same day product was delivered in a timely manner overall I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from rampsolution... It was a job well done👍

Solid ramp. Works much better than my previous ramp that had a metal lip resting on the tailgate that scraped the carbides on the skis and sometimes caught the back of the ski. This ramp aligns perfectly with the lip of the tailgate. Its little longer too so less steep. Works smoothly.

Service rapide et courtois. Rampe conforme à la description et prix raisonnable.
