Qualche problema sulle transazioni
Ho acquistato criptovalute e per due volte è stato trattenuto il pagamento con carta di credito e non mi sono arrivate le criptovalute nel wallet. La prima volta sono stato rimborsato immediatamente dopo aver segnalato l'accaduto, la seconda volta sono stato rimborsato dopo una settimana. Questo non è accettabile. Per fortuna le transazioni successive sono andate bene.
