I order the Ai glasses on October 4th, 2026. 5 days later,I had not gotten any tracking or shipping info, so I sent an email inquiry about that. I was contacted by someone named Yan, about my order# RAM10810, saying they couldn’t deliver to my P.O. BOX mail address and needed a street address to send my order to. I emailed my home address to send my package to.

On October 13th, I sent a follow up email, because I still did not hear back or receive any tracking information.

On October16th, another follow up email was sent and as of today November 22nd 2026, still no response or items.

So, buyers beware, I got scammed out of $70.00, from these guys. I don’t expect to get my money or hear from these guys anytime soon. So be aware, so it doesn’t happen to you.

Ramenbuy is a scam. I ordered and paid for smart glasses over a month ago and still have not received them. The item has not been delivered bc it’s one of those Chinese shipping scams where they claim shipping is free, however, when the package arrives in your hometown you will receive a notice from the post office stating that a shipping cost is owed in order to receive the package. Scam - stay away.

I didn’t want to give it a star but I couldn’t leave written feedback without a star rating.
They charged my account without my authorization. Beware.
