the repair took a little longer than usual, because there is a new system in place, i think, where unless you request a while you wait service, it gets booked in on a "leave it with them" basis.
they called me when it was ready - still a speedy service. Collected, paid (reasonable price) and back on the road again, as it were.
can't see any reason to go anywhere else..

Great company
Great company, took my phone here after another company botched a screen repair and left me with an unresponsive phone. I just dropped in here (no appointment) and it was fixed in 20 minutes, with a screen protector for just over £30. Will recommend to everybody and anybody.

5 Star Service (would give more if it would allow it)
My colleague recommended Ralakde to me after I dropped my iPhone at lunch time and cracked the screen. I called them up and after a friendly, informative conversation (without any pushy sales orientated talk), I was told that I could take it in to be fixed straight after work that evening.
Ralakde is easy to find and located opposite APC and FedEx on Winpenny Road. It has its own car park so no need to worry about the busy industrial estate traffic.
I dropped my phone in and it was ready in just 15 minutes! My last fix at a different shop took 2-3 hours and even then I had to go back twice because the screen kept coming away. Ralakde was also very competitively priced at £49 for the replacement.
I cannot fault the friendly, helpful service and screen quality in the slightest. I would not hesitate to use them again as they helped me out in such a quick transaction.
