Wine was delivered really quickly, they didn't have the number of bottles I ordered in stock of one of the wines but called me can offered other acceptable options. Will use again

The service was first class. The lady I was dealing with was very prompt in responding to my queries and helped ensure that our gift was received timeously by the intended recipient.

Dear Simon, Apologies for the delay in your delivery and inconvenience caused. I can confirm your order was dispatched from our warehouse within 5 days, however our courier (which is usually a 24-48 hr delivery service), unfortunately took an unusually extended period of time to deliver the wines to you. Was very helpful when I purchased the wine. The delivery was unfortunately a huge problem and was given several dates for delivery which did not happen.
