My experience with this site has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

They asked me to submit verification documents, which I submitted in October. Despite providing all the required documents correctly, my account has still not been verified. It has been months, and there has been no update, no resolution, and no proper response from their support team.

What makes this situation even more serious is that there was a significant amount of money in my account, which has effectively been stuck for months due to their failure to complete verification.

To make matters worse, their support team does not reply at all. There is zero communication, which shows a complete lack of transparency and responsibility towards users’ funds. Keeping an account pending for months without any explanation is completely unacceptable.

This experience raises serious concerns about the platform’s credibility and reliability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away until they fix their verification process and customer support.

So far my experience has been good in terms of deposit and game experience. I would have given atleast 4* but withdrawal is an issue as you can withdraw more than 100k.
