Opened my package
Opened my package. Cloth looked shabby, nothing like the vibrant and pretty print i saw on the website. Did not even try it on. Returned.

Terrible customer service, still awaiting refund
Ordered two items. Arranged a return of both, the package was returned to me. Contacted customer services, arranged another return. Royal Mail have confirmed delivery to the company. 4 days later this company has not confirmed receipt, which they said would be confirmed in 48 hours, and have still not provided a refund of over £200.
I have emailed several times, they only replied the first couple of times. the only way I could get them to reply recently is to direct message via Instagram.
Terrible customer service.

As mentioned on our Returns page, our full return process takes 7–10 business days. Once a return is received at our external warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours to be processed, and refunds typically take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account thereafter.
We understand the frustration and apologise for any confusion caused. Our customer service team has already emailed you confirming that your refund has been processed—it should appear in your account shortly.

Sophistication with a touch of elegance
Raishma’s collection is great for special occasions and to look that more special at events without looking overdone. The shades of green and blue are spot on and hard to find - perfect with my olive slightly beige skin! Love it!

Great quality and an elegant feel
I have purchased several dresses from this brand and am just packing one for my summer holiday. All 3 dresses have been great quality. Raishma dresses have an elegant feel and have been a good fit for me size-wise. I love the bold colours and designs that you don’t see everywhere else. I’ve had many compliments and will be back for more no doubt!

Ordered (Monday) a dress for the Chelsea flower show (Friday)and paid for express delivery(1-2) . The item failed to show up . I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for an immediate refund as item was never shipped .
Please do not order from this company .

Terrible customer service. I was a couple of days late to return an item. I would be happy with an exchange for the right size but they would not accommodate my request.
