We hired Raises.com with a contractual expectation of 15–18 booked appointments per month for our capital firm, Givens Capital. The result of their service was an absolute failure: zero appointments were delivered, despite our significant investment.

When we sought resolution and requested a full refund, Raises.com responded by attempting to shift the blame and dispute the agreement's terms, claiming the target was only 12 appointments. More alarmingly, Raises.com representative, Tre Brown, falsely asserted in writing that they had delivered ten (10) confirmed calls booked. This is unequivocally false; we received zero calls. The discrepancy between their internal claim and the reality of our experience highlights either profound incompetence or intentional dishonesty.

Following our formal request for a refund, Raises.com failed to provide a substantive response or a clear path to resolution for months. We had to send a second formal demand for confirmation of a refund and a payment timeline. This demonstrates a complete disregard for contractual obligations and a shocking absence of professional customer service. Givens Capital urges any potential client to exercise extreme caution; Raises.com does not deliver on its core service and engages in poor, non-responsive, and misleading communication.
