Was a pleasure dealing with Rainstone Money.

We have used Rainstone money service to buy two properties in last 6 months and I have to say that they are extremely organised, very hard working, keeping me updated all the time , very friendly. Something which separates this company from others is that on few times when the member of staff was way someone else take over and I was surprised how much knowledge they had on my process of documentation exactly like the person who was in charge of my application!
I’m very happy as the house just bought it only took them two weeks to get the mortgage offer with very good rates.

We worked with Rahul Modasia from Rainstone money for several months. Before we met him, five (!) other brokers, who were very enthusiastic in the beginning and promised a lot, just gave up our case and stopped answering emails. We are expats with European incomes and there are not a lot of lenders, who are happy to work with us. Rahul was just brilliant. He didn’t only find us a lender and a mortgage product; he was our guru through the whole process. It was the first time we bought a property in the UK. So we were completely unfamiliar with the whole process, which is extremely complex, compared with the rest of the world ))). Rahul helped me to figure out which documents we need to satisfy the lender, what can I expect, and what not to expect from a lender, a solicitor, an estate agent, etc. We kept in touch with him all the time, he was very approachable via telephone and WhatsApp, holding our hands and answering all our questions, and giving valuable advice. He knows his stuff for sure. This is a very rare find in the UK – a professional, who answers your message in 5 mins or an e-mail - maximum in an hour. I am pleased with the result – we have completed on the property, and I was happy to pay every penny in his bill. I loved to work with Rainstone money.
