Very good customer services who sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently

First, I’d Like to say that I really like the product but the customer service is sometimes unresponsive. JI consistently have problems trying to get into my account to manage subscriptions. The first time it happened I did get a response from customer service, who set a link to change my password and promised the problem had been sorted. Unfortunately, it hadn’t and I was unable access my account at all. Emails asking for help were ignored until I posted my review here. Customer service have now been in touch and have managed to identify why I hadn’t been receiving any security codes or responses to my requests for help. All seems to be working well now. They seem to have a problem with emails being incorrectly identified as junk. Hopefully, now they’ve resolved my problem, as those of other customers, they’ll be able to fix it for the future. Once you manage to get through to customer service they are extremely helpful and seem to genuinely care. It would be really useful to have a telephone number or chat function available as an alternative to email.

I love the soap refills and have had a subscription since 2024.
I had a problem with one of the foaming dispensers. I contacted the company and Anna responded promptly and helpfully.

I've been using the Raindrop hand wash for several months, after setting up a subscription order a while ago. I chose to give them a try primarily because I wanted a more sustainable option than the single-use plastic pump dispensers that hand-wash usually comes in.
The Raindrop hand-wash comes in the form of granules in paper sachets, that you mix with warm water to make a liquid handwash for use in a pump dispenser. This means you can re-use the same dispenser rather than having to chuck out a perfectly good one every time you run out (that seems so ridiculously wasteful to me now!) You can do the mixing directly in the pump dispenser (you just shake it all up and leave it for a few minutes), although I do the mixing in a jug as I find that easiest because I usually refill a couple of dispensers at once, for different sinks in my home.
Because it comes in a dry form in little sachets, it's easy to store, meaning you can easily keep some spare so you don't run out. This is also another big sustainability plus, as it means it's more compact for transport, which means fewer delivery lorries and much lower carbon emissions, which feels good.
The hand-wash itself comes in a variety of nice scents, it's never irritated my rather dry, sensitive skin, and it gets my hands clean! Job done.
The subscription is very flexible and it's easy to adjust if you want more/ less or need it sooner/later, and the customer service is great and very friendly.
I'm a very happy customer all-round!

5 emails sent regarding non delivery of item purchased at the beginning of May with absolutely no response to any of them. Payment taken immediately from my bank.

Generic email received a few day ago, stating it was a pre order ( not mentioned at time of purchase ) and hopefully delivery would start again from 6/6/26

Customer service and support is completely non existent and there is no phone number available

We use Raindrop hand dispensers in our holiday let as part of our commitment to being as environmentally responsible as possible, which is really important to our business.

It’s a fantastic product – there’s no need for single-use plastic bottles or bulky refill containers, which you often get when buying in bulk. Instead, the tablets come neatly packaged in paper, and you simply add water. It’s such a simple idea, but incredibly effective.

We also had a great experience with their customer service. They recently replaced a number of our older dispensers that had lost their finish, which was much appreciated and handled very smoothly.

For us, it’s an easy and practical way to reduce waste without compromising on quality, and it fits perfectly with the kind of experience we want to offer our guests.

I’ve been using the hand soap for a few months now and can recommend if you are looking for an easy to replenish, non toxic alternative than supermarket soap. The product has a gentle, light scented foam and I get the mixed selection; the lavender is my favourite. I like that the packaging is recyclable and fits through the letterbox. Customer service when I needed it was wonderful.

Great environmentally friendly soap option, I had a minor issue with my soap bottle base that was sorted out quickly and with no hassle. Anna was very friendly and helpful.

We’ve been using the product for few years now and it is very good. However, the customer service is non-existent. I got a message on my account that my order cannot be processed back in November and I’ve been trying to sort it out since then unsuccessfully. The email they’ve said to contact regarding the issue is wrong as I keep getting a failed delivery notification and the other ones I managed to find through instagram etc nobody has bothered to respond.

I got a subscription first and then contacted customer service to buy extra bottles as my whole family love the scents. The foam feels really luxurious on your skin and my children find it really fun! The customer service team were quick to respond and help me out, and I now have lovely plastic free soap in both bathrooms and my kitchen. The tablets last a long time, and I'm really impressed overall. One more plastic free swap ticked off and it's a really easy and stress free change.

Very friendly and helpful customer service, and great products. We've been subscribing for 3 years now and we're very happy with everything.

Love the bottles. Practical and stylish and live the no fuss and minimal waste. Scents are lovely but subtle. My one criticism is that i find the hand soap very drying compared to alternatives. A moisturising hand sosp formula would be s great addition.

This product might be plastic free but it’s got nastie chemicals in it !!
Benzalkonium Chloride can cause skin irritation, respiratory issues and is used in insecticides . Just because it’s in lots of toiletries doesn’t mean it’s good to use .

A fab way to reduce plastic.

Like others I had to use another brand pump dispenser as mine wasn't working well but I've happily been using the soap tabs for over 3 years now. Great fragrance selection, well priced and no plastic waste. Would recommend 👌🏾

I ordered some soap and a dispenser to give this a try. It seems ok!

Imagine my surprise when I woke up to see an email stating my order placed at 5am had been dispatched.... Some investigation discovered using my credit card from the previous order I had been charged for an additional soap order via a subscription.....

The product is good, I have been using it for over a year, but now my two daughters have moved it takes a lot longer to use the. I have a stock pile of soap tablets that will last months. I tried to delay the delivery until the autumn, but that was not possible, so I decided to cancel it completely. That was almost impossible, because it is through shopify. We have spent hours this afternoon trying to cancel it, I’m hoping we have achieved it. They are no help what so ever, which is why I will not be buying from this company again. Why can’t you just buy the product without agreeing to a subscription?

Lovely handsoap, the soap and dispenser are good quality and the lavender soap smells amazing. Great way to incorporate sustainable practice into your everyday life. My only bugbear is that they don’t send you a reminder before they charge you for your next delivery - despite this being common practice among other similar brands (for example Smol always sends a reminder email to give you time to change your delivery time if needed)

Raindrop hand wash is so soft and silky and never dries our hands out, smells great and I love that we’re doing our bit for the environment. Have needed customer service on a couple of occasions and absolutely can’t fault Anna. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful, even skipped one of my subscriptions for me. Thank you

Products are ok, though the subscription model can be a bit of a pain (I now have a lifetime supply of spray cleaner, apparently I’m a bit of a minger 😂).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you purchase the ‘brown glass’ dispensers. I splashed out on a couple, loved the look of them and the fact you could choose the colour of the rubber bottom. However, it wasn’t long before I noticed the brown was peeling away, shedding a brown plastic coating everywhere. Not very eco- and now looking really tatty. 😟
