Do not play on here this site is a total scam how can someone spend 150 pounds yet I need to send id before you can withdraw lol but you let me spend 150 but that was fine,the games are a total waste of time I played 110pounds worth on big bass splash 4.40p in return utter dog shit honestly if you have plenty of money and want to lose this is the site for you otherwise go somewhere else!!!!!

Worst gambling app ever won some money and then it asked for numerous proofs of ID before I could withdraw, which I sent and was approved but then they said I had to deposit more money to verify my bank account before they would let me withdraw, funny that they had no problem taking my money in the first place though. 100% avoid

Requested a withdrawal up loaded my id driving licence then my bank card my id got verified and money in my account within 3 days very good service

Do not use this site. They make it almost impossible to withdraw from them. Even after all the many identity checks are approved, they still make it difficult to withdraw what is rightfully your money.

Put £100's of pounds in, not a problem, no checks, no verification. Try and withdraw your winnings and it's a different matter. If you are reading this before you gamble, I implore you don't do it, you will not be able to get any of your cash. The worst site I have ever had the misfortune to use. Avoid at all costs or prepare to be very disappointed.

1. Bonus means absolutely nothing and information about it is hidden. They are not clear about their bonus policy. You deposit your money, usually get some free spins but whatever you win via free spins is absolutely worthless. The only way you can withdraw that money is if you wager some crazy amount (I think it said x65 so basically to withdraw £10 you'd need to wager £650 of your actual money etc). So I really don't see the point of that bonus.

2. Withdrawals are a nightmare, I played £50 of my own money, won £20 so wanted to withdraw my £70. They asked me for a photo of my passport, a photo of my bank card (security numbers and everything) and a proof of address. It's been a week and it's still pending. I just want my money back.

3. They limit your withdrawals and charge you £2.50 for each. Not much but if you only play small (beer money etc) it's very inconvenient.

Definitely don't recommend, I played many others like Tombola and similar stuff and they are always so much better. Avoid!!

PleaseDo not use this site!! I deposited money that was fine them taking my money. Wasnt informed that i needed proof of idea i won quite a bit of money back. Went to withdraw oooooh no i needed proof of idea everything excepted apart from my out of date passport. I have tried endless emails compaints you hear nothing back from no1! I can assure if i had know all this i would never of spent my money here in the first place. Learnt by a big mistake! I have said i will be taking this further if i hear nothing back. What an awful service. Rainbow Spins will take hundreds of pounds from your account without requiring verification information, but the second you want to withdraw even the smallest amount you have to upload passport, utility bill, photo of bank card, selfie etc. I literally don’t have copies of my utility bills, and now I’m questioning the security of this company. I’m still owed winnings but Rainbow Spins have deliberately put in an excessively bureaucratic system to prevent me from receiving my pay out. What an unashamed rip off.

I have honestly tried everything to access my winnings it is impossible ,I have gathered all my emails and evidence to send to the gambling commission ,pretty sure this is a fake casino as all my other accounts pay out this only lets you pay in .

Glad to see previous reviews before depositing again. I came here after getting suspicious of a message I received. I have a small issue, probably my own fault. Couldn't find a way to contact other than complaints. The bit that bothered me was when they said they'd be in touch within two weeks. Uije most, I'm forwarding all messages to the Gambling Commission. If they're British registered maybe they should be looking at them. I'll come back with final outcome. Enough choice out there so maybe AVOID.

Have only ever been able to withdraw once after winning, this is a shambles a disgrace the way they treat you.
I have verified my ID 3 times and when I won the second time they withdrew my ID, the same ID that was accepted and withdrew on the first time I won.
Disgusting behaviour, stay clear.

Absolute shambles!! Having to use resolver to try and resolve my issue! Deposited and am trying to whithdraw. £500 so not a little amount. Not only is all my ID showing as verified it's now asking for the same ID again. It also charges £2.50 fee to whithdrawl that I didn't know!! I wish I had read reviews before playing on here. No reply to emails. Facebook messenger doesn't work. And no phone number!! Let's hope resolver get a response and I get my winnings!!

As with other reviews I deposited money, no problem, and won a very small amount ~£5.

In order to withdraw the money back out there is a £2.50 fee and you are required to provide Drivers License, Bank Statement, PayPal Personal Information, List of all PayPal linked cards, Photos of your bank cards.

This information seems ‘too much’ and the exact requirements are not stated in advance. So you send a screenshot of your personal information, but it’s not the correct screen, they want. After being rejected it then states exactly what is required.

This leads to a back and forth of verification. The site is legitimate, the above ID does get verified once you understand specifically what they want uploading.

I received my withdrawal, so please persist if you have trouble. It took me about a week from Deposit to ID verification, but this does happen and once approved withdrawals are sent (minus £2.50 fee)

Unfortunately can’t give lower than a 1 star unless it would be well in the minus!! These are happy to take your money but even after verifying all the necessary documents STILL do not let you withdraw your winnings!! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

Cashed out for the first time on the 27th, woke up to it today (the 1st of Feb) longest part was confirming my card but after emailing them it was sorted, these reviews worried me big time but I had no issues at all
