We support adults, children, families, aspiring practitioners, and people seeking a more grounded relationship with themselves, one another, their purpose, and the Earth. Our work brings together holistic wellbeing, personal growth, conscious practice, energy awareness, and community. Rainbow Sanctuary offers accessible online group experiences, the progressive four-level Spiral Journey, focused workshops and development programs, children-and-family programs, practitioner training and certification pathways, private sessions, in-person events, and retreats. People come to Rainbow Sanctuary for many different reasons. Some are looking for emotional renewal, steadier wellbeing, greater self-awareness, or healthier relationship patterns. Others want to explore intuition, creativity, purpose, conscious leadership, service, or Earth-centred living. Our pathways are designed to help each person find an appropriate starting point and move forward at a pace that allows space for reflection and integration. For newcomers, online group sessions provide an accessible introduction without requiring previous experience. The Spiral Journey offers a progressive path from foundations of wellbeing through emotional and relational awareness, intuition and direction, and finally integration, leadership, and service. Focused programs allow participants to explore particular areas of interest, while private sessions are application-led and considered individually. Our children-and-family work is supported by published safeguarding commitments. Rainbow Sanctuary also connects personal development with a wider regenerative vision. Through community, education, Earth-centred initiatives, and the Planetary Symbiosis Network, we encourage ways of living rooted in care, responsibility, meaningful connection, and service. Our spiritual and energy-awareness practices are educational and experiential. They do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified professionals. We do not promise instant transformation; we aim to create thoughtful, respectful spaces in which people can explore, learn, connect, and grow. Absolutely amazing experience! The ceremonies take place approximately 30mts from the beach and you can hear the waves during the whole thing. The Shamans are fantastic and will give you individual attention during the ceremonies to make you have a wonderful experience. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the food was great. If you are ready for a plant medicine experience...I highly recommend this one!
