Be careful what you order because you…

Be careful what you order because you cannot return anything, they will have you send them information regarding your order, send pics, and keep asking for different information regarding your order until you are very frustrated. They then offer you $7.00 then $10.00 but they will not take anything back! Very poor customer service and support. You are connected to China and the time difference is also frustrating. Be careful!
WELL I AM NOT SURE WHY support at rainbow HAS REPLIED TO MY EMAIL ASKING ME TO SEND THEM MY REQUEST AS THIS IS THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH!

Waited 3 weeks for a sweatshirt and…

Waited 3 weeks for a sweatshirt and when I finally received it, it was not what was advertised. The material was cheap, the quality was poor and the color way off. If I did not receive an email from support@rainbowclaw because my parcel was delayed I would not have been able to try to contact them. They tell you to reach them at support@rainbowclaw .com but when you try to search it up it will bring you right back to the shop homepage. It’s a shame that they sell faith based products and are doing business like this.

Newer again

So, my wife orders, four shirts from this company wrong sizes, one was a 5X. The total amount of order was $87.96 They have a distribution point in the United States, but if you try to get a refund, you must ship it back to China for $47.20. We have worked with the company through PayPal back-and-forth with no success. We also emailed with no response. We have since closed the PayPal dispute. Be very careful of ordering from this company. Order number 7126S876403

Please use caution when ordering from this company. They do not do refunds or exchanges. They are slow to respond if you want to communicate with them via email. They sell beautiful Christian based merchandise, which is ironic because of the way they conduct business.

Still giving this review - I could give no stars

If I could give no stars, I would give zero stars. This company does not honor returns or damaged products. One of the shirts that I receive was sewn inside out they would not return the funds for that shirt or exchange it. This is not a good company to deal with you are going to get ripped off.

Dear RainbowClaw I spoke with someone through emails with your company and was offered a $20 refund on $130 purchase that’s not good business so I will continue to tell everyone my experience.

I ordered what I thought was 2…

I ordered what I thought was 2 beautiful hats for $50.00. The hats are plastic! Poor quality and not as advertised. Requested to return and refund ans they asked for pics, which I sent only to be told nothing wrong with merchandise. Also took a month or more to arrive. As stated in another review, sat in Customs in Italy for a long time and finally shipped from somewhere in Long Island, NY

If I could give this no star

Update 9/29: I would also like to add, they have replied to me below and asked for pictures.I sent pictures of the see through, low quality shirts and cheap jewelry. Also, the leggings have no elasticity to hold shape so do not buy those. Their smalls are not true to size, they are much larger. If you wear a size small, do not order from here. They will not fit and clearly you will not be refunded as you should or maybe not at all. I have been going back and forth since July with their customer service regarding this. Horrible company. No integrity. There are plenty of other companies to purchase from. Now they have contacted me to inspect the quality issues. No where on their website said you can only receive a refund if they “approve” the reason for your returns. This business does not operate with integrity. I wish I could post the pics of these shirts. If there’s another platform for a review with pictures for this company, I will post them. I will continue to write these reviews across social platforms until I receive a FULL refund for the products I want to return. I did keep a number of products from my order I did not see issues with, so it’s not like I’m returning my entire $350 order.

If I could give this no star, I would. Spent over $300 worth on clothes. Some were not true to size, too big, and some of shirts were so thin you could practically see through them. But that’s not what’s bad. The do not do returns. I’ve spent weeks going back and forth telling them I needed to return several items and asked for the label etc. they refused to let me return my items. Said their quality was fine and would I accept $29 USD for over $300 worth of clothes where a majority were useless to me! The said shipping would be too expensive and I can keep the clothes.
The falsely advertise returns are accepted, they falsely claim to be a faith based US company. They are everything but. They are scammers

I would not order from this company

I would not order from this company. I ordered two shirts. I did not realize they were polyester. I can only wear cotton.
They claim they have a return policy. I’m trying to return the shirts, but they are refusing me.
I sent a picture of the two shirts, like they asked. According to them, they can’t see anything wrong with the shirts, so they won’t refund me, even though I told them I can’t wear polyester.
I am very dissatisfied with this company.

awful customer service refuses to take…

awful customer service refuses to take back my product because the quality is poor just keep emailing back and forth support and now they tell me to keep and they will return $2 of a $37 shirt which I will never wear and was overpriced and ended up being charged more than was displayed. Awful

No Rainbow in the Customer service all claw

Company online retailer, sends social media ads with garments which look great. Sequins sparkling with Holiday expression. Problem is they send garments flimsy with silk print photos that do not sparkle like sequins and you can tell by the photos I captured when received merchandise. Then they want to negotiate a discount for you to keep what clearly is a deceptive marketing ploy, and you are due a total refund. I sent merchandise back, as they at the email from the company refuse to allow proper RMA. And the company refused it and shipped it back to me 2 days which refused and UPS was unnecessarily burdened. Their response is too little to late another indication of intentional avoidence.

Buyer Beware!!

Buyer Beware!!
This company does not allow returns. Their sizes do not run true to size. Their customer service is lacking. They will string you out for days and weeks asking for pictures of QR scans, etc. Their final offer to me was "Maybe you could give it to someone else." After jumping through their hoops, the final results was no return, although they never stated this.. Also, nowhere on the purchase site does it state no returns or all sales final.

Rainbow Claw Company advertised an “Independence Day shirt that was Beautiful on the model in the photo. The shirt arrived weeks after Independence Day. I kept riding to the company before Independence Day saying I didn’t want the shirt if it wasn’t going to arrive by Independence Day. I ordered it well in advance Of Independence Day. When the shirt finally arrived it was a photograph on a shirt it wasn’t anything like the picture advertising the shirt. I kept asking for a return label and reimbursement and they offered me two dollars for the shirt then they offered me five dollars for the shirt and then they kept telling me we try to help you. If the shirt looked anything like the photograph in the advertisement I would’ve been willing to keep it even though I couldn’t wear it for Independence Day. But it’s a ugly photograph not even a printed fabric shirt. This company is a scam. Don’t or anything from this company. I wish Facebook would filter out companies that are scams and not allow them to sell on their site.

Don't Trust This Company

Well first of all, be aware, if you order shirts according to the size chart, they finally get here, one fits the other does not. You will not get a refund because you ordered the wrong size. The customer service wanted to give me $2 for my trouble, because it would cost ME more to send it back. Each time they would email me stating this is the best we can offer. It went from $2 to $4, $6 then $7. The shirts cost $21 a piece. I asked for the return label so I could see how much it would cost to send it back but, I have not heard anything back. Don't trust this company! And yes it comes from China!

RainbowClaw shirt appeared to be a legit Christian company in Wales... but the shirt that arrived was not a normal size XL, but tiny as if for a Chinese company. When expressed this to company, they did not care, nor were interested. And just said they could credit $3.00 off of a $35.00 shirt or pay the exorbitant fee to send it back to CHINA! Total BS, especially for a "Christian" appearing/advertising company, in "Wales", which it also is not. Stuck with a $35 wast of shirt. Will NEVER buy from this fraudulent company again. You have been warned.
