They kept charging my account. Yes they said they were refunding it but it shouldn't have been taken in the first place

It was nice how fast that I was emailed back. However, I believe that it is automated so I am a bit skeptical. Jamal was quick about answering however. As long as I am compensated for the payment I will say it is a positive review. I find it funny however that I need to write a review beforehand.

My issue has been handled by the escalation team. Thank you for your hard work.

I didn't purchase the gift card,I contacted raidvio and they were happy to refund my money within 7 work days,,so we shall see how it goes,,and will write another report when my money reaches my account

So this is my third review for this company because so many more people keep getting scammed and I keep receiving emails asking me to leave them a good review and or remove the reviews that I’ve made so they could issue me a refund. However, once I remove the review, they’re still not gonna send a refund. Here’s the thing, as soon as I saw the transactions because I monitor my account. I immediately reached out. I immediately let my cardholder know. I immediately went and fought this because I don’t know this company nor did I buy anything from them. I found out that this company is connected to three other companies, so there are four companies out there that I’ve found that are using the same playbook the same extortion tactic attempts. Do not leave them a good review you still will not receive your refund. leave them a negative review and tell them to refund you and when you get refunded, you make sure they cannot take any more from you. leave them a negative review contact your bank, contact your card company they will fight for you. Show them the other people going through the same situation. Show them the emails you’re receiving from them holding your refund over your head until you do what they want you to do (it’s called extortion) and they’ll just charge you anyway or they won’t refund you even though you’ve left that five star review and then I want you to take all this documented information and submit it against them to trustpilot so they will remove them from their platform because you can Google this company and the AI function will tell you it’s a scam but also a reputable company will also give you the opportunity to review them through Google. They don’t have that. And that tells you this company is holding out hope that people won’t see. They have a good percentage on trust pilot of good reviews that you’re helping them obtain by extorting you for them please no more 4/5 star reviews. Hit them in their wallet leave them 1 stars.

I reached out to this company Raidvio about a refund because I thought I was just ordering a makeup bag for my daughter’s graduation, and my card was charged for multiple things. I received an email from Kenny saying that they will refund me all my money from those transactions.
