I really enjoyed the biltong, i remember hearing at advert on LBC about it and was interested in trying. It was really nice flavour and very tasty, definitely I recommend

Better than the shops
Bought a mixed box and worth the money. I’ve been buying single packs from supermarkets, some of which were fatty bland. Saw an advert on GB News, ordered the mixed boxes and saved myself over £15 compared to shop bought.
Three different flavours, lean, tender and definitely not bland. Chilli flavour has a kick! I’m just coming to the end of my box now and I will be buying more.

I have only bought once because the product was “tough as old boots” and sinewy.
I suggest, as according to Companies House,
you do not make your products as your accounts for 22/23 and 23/24 show you have no employees therefore have no direct control over quality.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the biltong you received wasn't up to the standard you expected.
We've tried reaching out directly via email a couple of times to understand more, including which flavour you had as we keep samples from each batch we craft and always investigate any reported quality issues. We only use premium UK and Irish grass-fed silverside beef and while we take great care to maintain consistent quality, beef is a natural product and there can occasionally be variation in texture or tenderness even from the best sources. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong and we absolutely want to make it right when they do.
If you’re willing to get back in touch, we’d still love the chance to resolve this for you.

Excellent quality
We had been searching a long time for some really good biltong and droewors, but were always disappointed with the quality.
After seeing the advert on GB News, I decided to try a packet. It arrived within a few days and i was really delghted with the quality. It was moist and without any fat or gristle. I will now place a regular order for original blltong and droewors

Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy you liked our biltong. Like most producers we slice our sticks for packaging and weighing reasons. Packaging machines struggle to deal with sticks as they are not of a uniform shape / weight. The bags would therefore need to be packed and sealed by hand. If you search the web there are a few small operators that do this or you can try your local butcher. Wishing you well.
My brother loved it. Arrived on time.
Bought the Original and Chilli Biltong for my brother and he loved it. My brother usually buys his Biltong from a work colleague who produces it himself, but he said Raging Bull's was just as good. Delivery time was quick, arrived within 4 days using free standard delivery which I thought was very good.

Ideal protein snack
Loved the Biltong, just the South African taste I imagined, great snack for me as lots of protein without the carbs. I’ll be sticking with raging bull from now on, really good job.

Raging Bullsh!t ... the people are not nice and the product is inedible
Geagte Mnr. van Niekerk,
You have chosen to attack me personally because I spoke the truth about your product. You talk of over 20 years experience yet Raging Bull Snacks was only established 4 years ago. I do not believe you make your own biltong as it tastes and is shaped exactly as a number of your competitors, all tasteless and, for me, inedible. Most importantly, it certainly is not fresh. I believe you tell lies.
The simple fact is 75% of the reviews on your product are negative.
I threw away FOUR of the 6 packs I bought and that IS the truth.
Incidentally, there are one or two excellent biltong manufacturers of genuinely fresh biltong, you are not one of them.

Fantastic biltong
Finding good biltong in this country is difficult but I think their biltong is as good as it gets. Their original flavour is genuinely excellent. Never had any issues with my many orders over the years either. No issues recommending.

So dry and hard, good customer service though
So dry and hard. And you end up spitting a lot out due to inedible bits. Would not recommend. Maybe I was unlucky and got a bad batch?
Contacted the company. They were lovely and quickly resolved the issue. So positive there.
