RAGE Software - EverWeb Website Builder for macOS & Windows Recensioni

These folks are the best when comes to helping
their customers

I'm always pleased with the response I get from the team at Rage when I need support. Not only are they helpful in solving the issues, they work hard to be very timely and look for ways to make things right if something goes wrong. I feel good knowing I have a team in my corner.

I encountered an issue with my Gmail service that prevented it from recognizing the Webmail server. I engaged in several communications with the customer service team, and they were able to provide assistance. Each time I reached out, they responded promptly. I provided them with all the necessary information and screenshots of the errors. Michael was able to identify the error and provided a comprehensive, step-by-step description to resolve the problem. The solution was effective on the first attempt.
I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at EverWeb for their continued commitment to providing excellent service.

Jose, was wonderful he fixed my problem very easily when my GoDaddy help just confused me! Go Jose!!

Great software, so intuitive to operate. I have been using Rage software for well over 10 years to build and manage websites including associated digital marketing. It gets better with each update. The support over that time has, without fail, been exceptional with fast, friendly, knowledgeable responses every time. Highly recommended.
Today was no exception, thank you to Jose and Rodrick.

The help at Rage is always prompt, friendly, patient, and understanding, both with simple and difficult issues. The help team treats their customers with respect and offers lots of helpful info when needed. They are very pleasant to deal with.

The overall TrustPilot Star rate should be at 5!
I've read many reviews and we've all be super happy with the software and the team at RAGE and Everweb. In addition to the software, their hosting is wonderful and budget friendly. After showing the software to a designer...he was impressed!

You don't buy software because it's good software. You buy software because the support is great. And the support that I have received from Everweb has been outstanding, every time. I mean outstanding. Not just good, or OK, no outstanding as in beyond expectation good.

And apart from the excellent support, the tool Everweb is a joy to work with.

Really flexible and once you grasp the principle it's as easy as Wordpress. Yet so much better as you can personalise every bit and make a unique site.

Master pages make it efficient to globally change things too.

Everweb is remarkably user-friendly and intuitive. I particularly appreciate the support team. Whenever you call, a real person answers and provides knowledgeable, courteous assistance. And their email support is spot on. As someone who has spent their entire career in service work, I can say without hesitation that the support team at Everweb is top shelf and second to none!

I've been using Everweb for quite some years now and I'm VERY HAPPY with the way they treat their customers. Moving from my internet provider in Japan to Everweb's hosting service was fairly easy (I'm not very computer savvy) but they are always fast to lend a hand.
Everweb is easy to use, reasonably priced and with user support people like Jose, a pleasure to use... . Thanks!

I can always rely on getting a prompt reply from a real human, and appreciate not having to first go through all the AI nonsense that I often experience on other platforms.

Coming from iWeb it was intuitive to move Everweb, the software is user friendly and have always found customer support really good. I have been using it for over 10 years, I would definitely recommend.

I work with EverWeb for some years now, and have seen their growth and their dedication to seriously build an accessible tool to create a website. Their support is really great, they are always responding in a respectfull and helpfull way, no matter how challenging or "naiv" the quiestion is.

I'm in the UK, and Everweb support are in Canada. So already there is the time zone difference. But today I sent a support ticket over to the Tech dept. Within 15 minutes, they had not only emailed me back, but also solved the problem.
I've been using Everweb to design and publish websites for over 10 years, and the service is by far the best I've had, of any company in any sector.
Unbeatable, knowledgable and very fast. Thank you!
