Good Service gone Bad
Ordered a tie online from Rael Brook very easy to do delivery was quick but they had managed to send someone else's order to my address. Contacted customer service via email, received response in one day, to be informed that was very sorry, that the correct order would be dispatched immediately and as away of compensation I could keep the incorrect tie. Great service I thought. But I am still waiting 2 weeks later to receive the correct tie. I have sent more email requests for an update but have not had a reply.
