I have recent written a review, pies ordered 24 April 25 still waiting, why have an online service when they are unreachable.

It saddens me to write this review had no problems before ordering pies this time no correspondence to when delivery was taking place delivery then delivered 3 days later under the name NEWBIZ24 Water in bottom of box clearly left out not chilled Chicken Pies strange smell disappointment no response from email about complaints procedure. It looks like they are becoming too big for their boots customer service goes a long way clearly not with this business. Very unhappy customer,

Tasty pies, but the delivery was slower than expected.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Bradford Pies. I placed an order nearly a month ago and have yet to receive it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, I have not received a response.

The lack of communication and customer service from Bradford Pies is unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but the complete lack of response and updates is inexcusable.

I would strongly advise against ordering from Bradford Pies until they can improve their customer service and communication. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the status of my order and to be ignored when seeking answers.

Overall, my experience with Bradford Pies has been incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for timely and reliable service.

No communication, no accountability… missing items from order. Phone number on Google is disconnected. Don’t answer emails, don’t answer fb posts, buyer beware.
Meantime - posts on FB about extravagant holidays in Florida.

Ordered on behalf of my dad on the 7th April … heard absolutely nothing .. zero communication . Out of the blue almost three weeks later received an email from yodel about a package due for delivery . My dad waited in all day for a delivery , pies were delivered … however order was incomplete and despite trying to contact them via email and also resorting to messaging them via Facebook and Instagram I have still received no answers or explanations for the incorrect / incomplete order .. feel very disappointed and let down . It is now over a month since ordering and I feel I am out of options . I paid a substantial amount of money for goods which were missing from the order and seemingly the company cannot even be bothered to answer an email !

what went wrong i would love to know no contact no replys to email or facebook it says 4 days on the website currently having chemo so my head is all over the place i ordered the pie's as a treat i ended up phoning my bank to get my £46 back disapointed i didn't get to try the pies but oh well won't be trying again

Pre ordered the pies in advance, due to living in Grimsby, responded via text back straight away.
Went to Radfords pie shop with family on 12/04/205 like we always do when visiting family in Morecombe to collect the pie.. the x2 female staff where so helpful, welcoming and made us laugh and gave the kids sweets . The pies are that nice we even brought x1 each for breakfast.

WONDERFUL SERVICE 2nd to none I am a vegetarian and just ate my first cheese and onion pie FANTASTIC and very compact of filling PERFECT DELIVERY PACKING COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER I WISH YOU ALL WELL ALWAYS ( and ignore the idiots ) I will be ordering again and spreading the good word 5* or should I say 1000* love and hugs Sally xxx

Great pies I ordered steak and ale normally they are brilliant but the meat in these ones was very chewy ? I ordered some chicken pies for my daughter they were lovely I'm just disappointed about the ones I ordered

I ordered over £50 worth of pies on 16th Feb and 5 weeks later still no sign of them. Radfords don't reply to emails and don't seem to have a phone number. I messaged them on Facebook but no reply. I am now going to contact trading standards to put in a formal complaint about this rip-off company.

Absolute amazing Pies, we ordered the pack of 10 mixed pies, never had pies with so much filling in them and so tasty, proper home made. just ordered another 10…we love them :)

Placed my order on 16th Feb. Nothing from them a month later. They don't reply to emails. You can't ring them.

Will now contact my bank to get a refund from them. What a way to run a business!

Buyer beware, you won't receive your order.

Successfully recovered my money via my bank.

I orded a mixed box in beginning of January paid for it £44 but never got it I when contacted they said they couldn't finf order and to resend it idid that and have heard nothing since very disappointed 😕 and I never got my money back

Absolute con men 2 months paid still no pies won’t even respond to emails dirt bags in the public eye aswell thieves

We have had 2 orders sent up to us in Glasgow, Scotland and they came quickly.
They are absolutely the best pies ever tasted, the Peppered Steak and Chicken & Gammon are our favourites ♥️. Even my brother in law who has Cerebral palsy and has all foods liquidised, I gave him a Meat & Potato one to try and he wants more ordered, he loved it!
Our last order was for 20 pies so we now have a Radfords Pie drawer in our freezer lol

Had one of your pies steak and mushrooms for my supper. Excellent flavour and good amount of meat.

Ordered pies to the value of £50 in November 2024. Numerous emails since and still no pies or reply’s. Phone number is useless too. How can they get away with taking your money, not fulfilling the order and simply ignoring any communications. Surely this is just theft? Anyone else in the same boat? If so, can we get together and get something done about this?

Would have put a zero if I could.
No phone number- rings out as unattainable.
They don't answer emails - we have sent 2.
Facebook page- haven't replied to my message either.

Ordered on 19th January. No pies as of yet. Wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before we ordered. WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED THEM IF I HAD KNOWN THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO CUSTOMERS.

DISGUSTING. IF THEY CANT PROVIDE. THEY SHOULD REFUND EVERONE WHO IS NOW OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THEIR TARDY WORK ETHIC.

we ordered the pies for a parent 80th Birthday who is an avid fan of the Radfords, we thought doing this would be a great surprise. Will have to let her know they are nothing but thriving con artists.

They had on their website/ page to order by 5th Feb to guarantee valentines delivery. FALSE ADVERTISING.

THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT WHO THEY ARE CONNING OUT OF MONEY.
