Great storage solution.
The first order arrived very badly damaged and had to be returned. This went very smoothly. The second order arrived in the expected condition.
I am a small woman and assembled it myself although it does say its a two person job.
I found it easy in theory, to assemble and a good design but actually tricky to assemble. The majority of the 'lugs' didn't slide easily into place and required quite a bit of hammering. Some just wouldn't go in. I tried to shoehorn them in using a screwdriver.
Overall, it looks great, holds a huge amount and I'm very pleased with it.

Sometimes the tolerances can be slightly different due to the units being powder coated. In these situations, using a flat-head screwdriver to gently open up the gap can help make assembly easier.

Problem but resolved.
Package arrived damaged and heavily taped up...was also listed as signed for when it was not, it was left outside. However this was on delivery company.upon opening we realised various bits had obviously dropped out prior to taping...one quick phone call and bits were on their way with apologies. The shelving is robust and easy to assemble.

I ordered some garage shelves from racking solutions and they arrived within a couple of days which was great.
I thought they had sent the wrong size but a quick phone call sorted it all out....the best part was you actually get to speak to someone whi knows what they are doing and is genuinely interested in solving the problem even at am.....AI can't do that for you.
The shelves are of a great quality and I am really pleased with the purchase and would recommend thjs company.

Poor Quality & Poor Customer Services
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was advised from the start to order the wrong size boxes for my chosen storage rack and now i’m being charged £10 for 10 boxes to be returned and left with a poor quality storage rack.
It’s been over a week and i’m still waiting for the collection Beth has repeated promised has been booked. No confirmation, no call backs and no response to emails. Complete waste of money!! Avoid this company!!

The £10 return charge is the price we are charged by the courier for carrying out the collection. We also weren’t made aware when you initially requested the return of the boxes that you had previously spoken to a member of our team regarding the boxes at the time of your original order.
When a collection is booked, the courier should contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time. We apologise that there was a delay with this on this occasion. Unfortunately, once we have submitted the collection through the courier’s portal, we have no further control over the scheduling, and we were advised by the courier that they were arranging a date and time with you. We apologise that the courier let us down with the information provided to us, which we then passed on to you.
We can see that the boxes have now been returned and that your refund has been provided. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. Regards Racking Solutions.

Awful delivery
AVOID. I Can't rate the product as I never got it however their delivery side is abysmal.
I ordered racking then after the delivery was a day late chased Racking Solutions only to be told there was an issue with their courier (DX) and they would resend the order by a different courier.
On the afternoon of day the "new" order was due I chased them again to be told it was at the couriers depot (DX again...) and it should be delivered the following day. Finally one day later after chasing I get a story about the racking being damaged in the DX depot and a refund issued. If you want someone reliable this lot ain't going by my experience. More than a week of my time wasted hanging around waiting and chasing.
The only reason it's two stars is that the refund was done promptly. AVOID.

Items were a good price
Items were a good price, they arrived within the 1-2 working days as advertised. The only gripe would be the tracking service did not work.
No damage to the items either but half this is about the delivery service which is after the purchase.
Oh my instructions were in the box you open last so I had put it together before opening the box with the instructions in! Maybe put them in the box that makes sense to open first.

Delivery was prompt and complete
Delivery was prompt and complete. The instructions should include two things - both obvious enough after trial-and-error, but a little guidance would have been helpful.
First, the side crossbars, both long and short, have tabs that fit into slots on the verticals. It may well be necessary to bend the tabs a little with your fingers to get then to engage with the slots.
Second, the middle cross-bars have tabs that need to be bent at 90 degrees to attach to the long side crossbars. That should be siad cllearly.
