Great Communication
Good communication through the purchasing process. Took a little longer due to need to procure racket from Babolat directly but I was kept updated which made me feel engaged.

Ordered the tennis racket online that my son picked, ordered and paid for with no issues.
Received an email saying the racket was no longer made / available and they had the new 2025 racket in stock.
Further email sent to purchase 2025 racket and no further email back.
Racket eventually arrived over a week after it was ordered.

Best price for tennis shoes
Best price for tennis shoes that we wanted to buy.We had to wait for arround 10 days as they had to be ordered direct from babolat but we didn't mind as we were saving 20-30 pounds in comparison to the rest of the online shops.
